Manager in this store is very helpful.

Called Lowe’s to set up a measurement to install carpet at my home. Never received a call to schedule the measurement, called 3 times to resolve the issue and was treated each time with a nonchalant attitude from the employees. When I finally canceled I was told I needed to go to the store to receive a refund on the measurement fee. The entire episode was a horrible experience! I will not be returning to Lowe’s, my experience with Home Depot has always been great, don’t know why I decided to go elsewhere. I won’t be making that mistake twice.

One particular woman was not only rude but disrespectful. When we asked if there was a particular item in stock, her response as she walked away was, I hating looking for sh%t. She should not be in any customer service related field. Shame on her. We will be speaking with management about her.

I am glad there’s a Lowes to compete with Home Depot, but they really need to hire more people and hire people that know hardware and items. Whenever I go to a Lowes I think the employees for the most part are part time mom’s working a register. Now there are a few good ones. Really no one in the aisles, even if I pulled in an employee kind of useless. I tried to get info on countertops recently and all I got is the isle number where they are with no one manning the area. Prices at times are better then HomeDepot so I come back. Their appliance prices are usually pretty good, unlike HD. Do not buy appliances from HD, even sale price a ripoff. If the employees didn’t hide and knew things it would be great.

Great place to find what you need. They have great customer service at this particular location.

Rick and Javier are amazing ! They installed a stackable washer dryer on the second floor that the apartment wouldn’t properly accommodate, they would NOT give up. They did amazing seeing that the washer dryer spot is in a small closet that they it only has a 2 in clearance. Definitely a wonderful delivery because they were social and had a positive attitude. Five stars for sure !

As Lowe’s go, this is your standard Lowe’s. The store is nicely organized, clean and structured nicely in terms of items.
I’ve purchased everything from hardware to garden items here.
One bad thing I would have to say is that sometimes the customer service is hit and miss. Especially trying to find someone to as a question might be an adventure in itself. But when you do find someone, they are typically very helpful and courteous.

This is a great Lowe’s. The customer service is always impeccable and the store is very well kept, organized, and clean. That’s a hard feat for a home improvement store!
Items that I have needed have always been in stock, but I have heard that you can have items delivered fairly quickly if you need them.
A staff member helped me the other evening and as he was walking me to the correct location, he was gently pushing items back and straightening the store aisle. There is something to be said about a workplace whose employees care about the cleanliness of the store so much that cleaning is simply an absent-​minded walk down an aisle.

This Lowe’s location has never let me down. Everything from paint to Christmas trees are easily found and at reasonable prices. Employees are always helpful and actually go out of their ways to help you get what you need. This is very important for a non-​handy couple like us! Their MyLowes card makes it easy to know what paint colors I’ve purchased so that I can easily match them later. Very pleased.

Lowes is one of our favorite stops when looking for yard supplies including nursery items, for wood products, for hardware, and for paint supplies.
We hired them to install our tile in our house – the craftspeople were high quality and we received a really first rate job, all well aligned, very little spacing between tiles and the product we purchased. The down side was their time estimate was off by ½ – we put it up to the downturn. Also, the closure was a bit touchy with our toilets left uninstalled until we called and said, what is this? The management quickly responded and we had everything finished in short order after that but we would have liked it managed better.
The front door helpers make sure that if you have a question it gets answered immediately.
Delivery of store bought items has always been handled well.
Cash register personnel are quick and efficient. It’s a good sized store with much of what you expect but some seasonal differences.

Nice Lowes! Good selection, big store and staff is helpful. The guys in the sprinkler/​plumbing department were very, very helpful when I took that home project on.
We’ve bought appliances here, since Lowes tacks on an extra warranty for free. Great sales and good delivery and set up services. Get special offers if you have their credit card. Really like the Lowes magazine (free) that started showing up at home. Cool projects and ideas.

It’s an amazing hardware store…
They do have some cute stuff interspersed with the useful stuff, but it’s usually a tad overpriced.
If you stare long enough at the light bulb display with a look of confusion, a really hot guy in an apron will come and help you out. OK… not really. I had to call my BFF in Nebraska to have her help me in selecting the perfect light bulb. In other words… NO ONE WILL HELP YOU HERE!!!
This is a dude’s store. A dude who knows what he’s doing store. This store is not for me.

Either you know your tools or you don’t ;)
PROS:
Nice, convenient and clean store in Oviedo near Oviedo Mall.
Good selection of items and seems well stocked. Some items might be a bit disorganized.
CONS:
Employees frequently have no clues where products are. For example, the other night I came here in preparing for Hurricane Irene seeking portable generators.
Would you assume that every employee would know where hurricane prep stuff would be sold at? Apparently not at this location.
I approached two employees and asked where could I find portable generators, they had no idea… then they were chatting with each other in confusion and they were walking around trying to guess where it could be.
They approached another team member to inquire, he gave the exact location. Then they said you are all set to go but never accompanied me to make sure it was the right location.
A few minutes later in Lowe’s maze, finally I found the generators and geez! Customer service, people!
Even worse, on my way out of the store… found some generators in front of cashiers. GEEZ! How did they miss it?
Lowe’s is sponsoring a free eye exam clinic for its employees, details forthcoming.

We went inside and paid to exchange a propane tank and were told that someone would meet us outside. After waiting 10 minutes, we went back inside to be told to wait again because they were very busy. After 20 minutes, we went in again and were advised that the individual at the register never told anyone that we needed help. Verrrry frustrating!

Very nice Lowe’s location! This is a large store, well stocked inside and a great nursery. The staff is very friendly and easy to find… which isn’t always the case at a big home improvement store.
Recently redid our irrigation system and found all of the parts and some great ideas from the staff to customize our system to fulfill our needs.
