Mattress Firm Oviedo

We needed a bed quickly to accommodate relatives that would be in town in a few days. We were given a very fair deal on the bed we wanted and they were able to deliver it two days later. We were also very appreciative that the sales associated stayed after hours to make sure we were getting the bed that we really wanted!
We had visited Sears at Oviedo mall first, but they didn’t have much in stock and the prices were much higher.

Great service! Buying a mattress is hard work. Lauren and Jen were VERY helpful to us. They were able to answer every question we had about the the different material make-​up among the beds and how to match firmness levels with our sleeping styles and physical needs. They encouraged us to take our time lying on the beds to get a true feel for comfort and didn’t hover over us as we tried them out.
It’s apparent that Lauren and Jen each have an extensive knowledge of their products, and they didn’t try to pitch the most expensive models on us. They provided very thoughtful and practical advice on the things we should consider when selecting our mattress, including many factors we had not even thought of such as coolness of materials and our preferred sleeping positions.
Mattress Firm’s return and warranty policies are great. My husband and I ultimately purchased a Temperpedic and we have a great deal of comfort in knowing that if it doesn’t work for us, we have the option to swap it out for any other mattress within 100 days. Very important option, considering we plan to spend a third of our lives in this bed for many years.
