I was in need of a fill-in and I was in the area so I stopped in. I have been to this location in the past, but only for a pedicure. Technician attempted to make conversation and was friendly enough. I liked the results of my fill-in(not too thick) but was left unimpressed by the polishing. I am a self-admitted OCD person. I would have liked an additional coat applied more evenly. I was left to dry and after 5 mins left. No goodbyes or have a nice day as all the employees were engrossed with their phones. Price was right and there was no wait on a Wednesday night.

Why didn’t I read the REVIEWS : So I’m not the girl that typically leaves bad reviews in fact I haven’t reviews anything Ina while but, I literally was in the chair itching to write something while I was in nail«salon». First be just moved back to this side of the city and I needed to find a home nail salon and this place happens to be centrally located beside Starbucks and my gym Perf! Or not. I walk to the door at 6:55pm and look at the close time because I don’t want to be the person that walks in 30 mins before close for a gel mani. They close at 8pm I walk in and a lady is watching something on her phone(the only person in the salon at the time) gel manicure please! Do you have gel on your nails yes I do ok. she hands me a basket of colors and begins to file my nails ok cool this is typical… Then the filing becomes aggressive, mind you I get gel manis because I like the health of my nails and it’s not too invasive(normally). She then pours acetone in a bowl, soaks one hand and carries on filing her hardest at the other hand. After soaking for a few seconds uses the scrapper and the. Files more… Now my cuticles are the main reason I get a gel mani and not a color change… Heated by this point because her entire family is in the SHOP(can no longer becalmed a spa or salon at this point) and they are all over the place 6 people including a baby and two preteens who were more polite than the adults. Anyways she asks about the shape and the color and all I’m thinking is my poor nails and my cuticles look a mess. Let me end this… The best part about the place was they had a color I love that’s it… I won’t be back and I feel bad for anyone that doesn’t read the reviews and still goes here. I’m sure the polish will peel and she saw my face before I left and asked if I was ok I said no but it’s too late now and she had the audacity to ask if I wanted my brows down?! #pause right there Sorry for the lengthy review and I know it’s one big run on but ugh… Pictures are added

Well, I’ve been here before and usually I have had a good experience. Today, my experience had not been the same. I enjoyed my pedicure. My nails are shiny. Yet, my cuticles were not properly treated and look dry around the nail bed. My fill in job and gel manicure are even worse. The sides of my thumb nails are unpainted. The shape of my nails are uneven. My cuticles were not even touched. I’ll go back tomorrow to see if they fix my issues and will update my review either way it goes.

I really wanted this place to work out. It’s convenient to both my home and my daughter’s school so it would have been easy to pop in as needed. I also like to treat my daughter sometimes. Unfortunately this place will never see a penny of my money again. The pedicures are average and the ladies are very nice. The fingernail work isn’t good. When I asked for my nails to shortened they were filed down unevenly. The tech put so many layers of gel polish on my nails that it built up around the edges and started to peel. The overlays are applied way to thick. The real issue with this salon is the customer service. Once I arrived at 6:30pm for a mani/pedi(they close at 7pm). The guy rudely told me they were closed. Most salons accept clients up until the listed closing time. I get that people want to go home after a long day so I was willing to let that slide(even though I didn’t appreciate his rudeness). Another time, I went to get one nail fixed. After waiting a while to be helped the tech started my one nail and then stopped to do someone’s eyebrows. After sitting for a while I asked the guy how long she would be. He rudely responded«If you want to wait, then wait!» I was pretty much done with this place after that. I will say that my bad experiences were always with the guy(he may be the owner) in the front. The rest of the staff seems friendly and the ladies were super nice to my daughter. They also charge more than other salons in the area. $ 28 for a mani/pedi…FOR A 3YEAROLD! Not cool.

I have had good experiences in the past here by a young lady technician who was only working while she was on summer break from school. I recently returned to treat myself to a pedicure, full set, and waxing. The male nail technician rushed through my pedicure but it turned out looking pretty good. Before he stated my nails I informed him that I wanted gel nails because Im a bartender and they work better for me at work dunking my hands in and out of work all day. He pulled out a container and began applying the overlay on my nails. I asked him if it was gel he did no. After I told him again that I wanted gel he yanked my hand and said it is gel. He than proceeded to apply more and told me don’t worry about it. When I asked to speak to a manager he became upset and called for a manager in his native language. He than pulled my hand back to finish the application. I told him I wanted to speak yo the manager first. The manager came over and confirmed that the container that was being used was NOTGEL. When I told him that his associate lied he told me I must have been mistaken on what I asked for. I told him my profession and that I always get the same service from other nail salons. He told me I should just take my nails the way it was and come back if I need a repair. I could not believe I was being treated this way! Im spending my money for a service and I should have what I asked for. When I asked the nail tech why he lied he said don’t worry about who lied. He said he was going to fix them and he began soaking my bare hands in pure acetone which melted the nails. He than began grinding down my real nails to try to get the acrylic off. My fingers began hurting and I told him that I was leaving. My hands looked disgusting. I will never go here again. Horrible experience.

My nails always look awesome! and the pedicures are fantastic! They take their time(I never feel rushed) They are a little pricey compared to the surrounding nail salons, but it worth it! I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone!
