The service is always fast and friendly at this location. The chicken is always delicious and they have great shakes. My favorite is their peach limited edition. There are pieces of real peach throughout. The same goes with the strawberry. It is very affordable. The line us always long at the drive thru is always long but don’t let that scare you. It moves very quickly.

Super duper busy tonight. Drive thru line was so long I opted to walk inside. I was greeted warmly and placed my order quickly. Thought it odd I had to wait 5 –7 mins for milkshakes. I don’t know how they’re made but would assume they would be handed off quicker. Super side is pleasantly delicious considering its Kale served at a fast food spot. Super side was handed to me nearly 5 minutes before shakes.

The location is always packed, clean, fast, and customer service on point. I prefer to pay more for good customer service and polite staff members and even wait in those long lines than deal with ignorant people at other fast food establishments where the staff do not take pride in appearance or their work.

I really like this location. The staff is nice and friendly. This store is always busy but they do a great job of executing so you do not wait too long for your order. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Also the have employees walking to each table asking how everything is and seeing if they can get you a refill or if you are done so they can clear your tray. 5 stars they deserve it. This restaurant is ran very well and I come here whenever I get the chance.

It’s Chick-​fil-​A!!! Always fast and delicious despite the crazy lines. Never any issues. Always friendly and polite, quick and did I say delicious (nom nom nom).
I love how they have extended the menu with salads and even the cod sandwich. You HAVE TO… MUST get the lemonade or a milkshake. Yummo!
And let’s discuss breakfast… chicken minis are awesome! As are the hash browns. They will never let you down.

Love there food. always hot and fresh. The waffle fries aswell. Always give you plenty of sauce. My thing is this if your ordering 3 meals why place them in one bag. There 3 separate meals. Besides that drive thru lines are long but go pretty fast! Love this place.

You really can not go wrong with Chick fil A this place is great. I frequent this location and the only major complaint that I have is that it’s kind of slow. For a location that is so busy you would think that they would have mastered efficiency. Nevertheless the is food still good and always right.

It’s Chick-​fil-​A! They can do no wrong in my eyes! Lol!
I use to work at Chick-​fil-​A in high school and still to this day I love their food and have never gotten tired of it! The drive thru staff is always so friendly, quick, and efficient! Even on the busiest of hours they make things flow quickly! I have never had a bad experience at any one that I have been to around the state and in the country in general.
It never fails that some days that I want Chick-​fil-​A is on a Sunday and they are closed, but this was an awesome thing when I was in high school and gave me a known day off and I could go to church with my family!
Chick-​fil-​A ROCKS!!!

The best Chick Fil A I have ever been to. I travel a lot so fast food is always an easy choice but no other Chick Fil A I’ve tried has compared to this one. The drive thru line is usually really long but it moves quickly. The staff is friendly and they have never messed up my order.

Best Chick-​fil-​a I have ever been to. Food is always fresh and hot. Yes, it’s busy pretty much all day but that drive through lane moves so fast. The employees are always courteous outside of an occasional ditzy teenager.
The only fast food we eat around here and it will stay that way regardless of line length.

This place was packed when I went for lunch, but they have great service, and work very efficiently. I sat down to eat too, but I was in and out in no more than 20 mins. Perfect because I only had one hour for lunch, and along with driving, I made it back with time to spare.

This is the only fast food spot I’m willing to hit up in the Owings Mills area. Food is always hot, and the service is great. I think most of the employees there are college students at Stevenson University, who are always courteous.
The only downside to this place is it’s always busy as hell! The weekends are Ridicules here! But I’d rather have a busy establishment with fresh food being made, than a slow spot with cold old food.

Consistently busy and that’s why it’s consistently fresh. The employees are very friendly, but seem to rush you to order and take your hind parts far away. That can be expected because business is booming. The prices are uppity compared to alot of other fast food chains, but at least they offer «real chicken». The waffle fries are the only reason I eat at Chick-​Fil-​a, where else do they serve these? I opt for the easy route out and get the chicken nuggets or what I’ve dubbed, «chicken balls». The mini sliders for breakfast were okay and the bread was soft, but not worth it. And where else is it okay to have chicken for breakfast? Great idea for chicken lovers!
Yum for cheesecake at a fast food joint!

I’ve been to this restaurant 4 times. Even though I’m not a huge fan if fast food. I love their salads. Great variety in choices for grilled or fried (which are tastier) chicken sandwiches. The shakes here are hand blended and positively sinful! Try the chocolate peppermint shake! Yum! The managers here are very friendly. They also serve breakfast but I prefer lunch here.
