This place should be shut down. The food is horrible. It smells weird and the potatoes are slimy. How is it possible to have slimy potatoes? The chicken smells very strange. I visited this location more than once and each time I’ve left disappointed. How do they stay in business? Call the Health Department ASAP!!!

A few questions: 1. Do you train your employees? 2. Are you sure your employees aren’t shapeshifting aliens attempting to impersonate human beings? 3. How are your employees so bad at the basics of working in a restaurant? 4. Do people even read Unilocal reviews for chain fried chicken joints? Visited 3 times in the last 4 months and each time I received the wrong items or something was missing. Today, the food I got was so dry that I’m convinced it was the first chicken ever fried. It’s an interesting piece of history, but can no longer be considered food. Seriously, this location used to be decent. Not sure what happened. I’m done using this location for my fried chicken part needs.

DISGUSTING. SHRIMP basket was like rubber pellets. Obviously overcooked. Person at register barely understood what I was saying. When I previously tried to complain for blatant stupidity I got no response. Go to any Popeyes but this one.

I really don’t like to say much about fast food but this time when I went to Popeyes unlike other times I have in the wings bills area it was great they had all my food ready to go in less than five minutes it was a wow factor all over I don’t know what it is but management is looking great I’ve never seen a better day here in this area for a pop by us I will definitely be back her thank God Popeyes looking great

Today, we are having an office party for someone who has been promoted. We collected money & our chicken budget was $ 50. I called about 10 minutes before the resaurant was to open hoping to call ahead my order. The young lady who answered the phone was very nice & helpful. She gave me several options based on our budget. I placed my order & requested for it to be ready by 11:30, which the young lady said was totally doable. I arrived a few minutes early & told the cashier about my call ahead order. He knew exactly what I was talking about & rung me up while they were still packing up the chicken in the back. A minute later, my chicken was hot & ready to go. I’ve only eaten here a few times & I have never had problems with my order getting mixed up. I was very pleased how they handled my order today for the office party.

Workers can be ghett ghett from time to time, but they sometimes get your order correct. As of the past 2 weeks it seems they are stepping up by hiring better workers! Anywho, I always prefer to go inside when ordering because I like to see what they have available. One time I went here through the drive thru, they took my order and they waited until I pulled up to the window to say that they had no wings! I was enraged because I would expect them to say this when I placed the order! It was upsetting and annoying! Another time I got my food to dine in and got cold chicken. So, before devouring my meal I asked the worker for some fresh chicken, which was the chicken I saw being dropped from the fryer. She quickly replaced it with the fresh and hot chicken. I was completely satisfied thereafter! Good customer service on their part… :) As well, I always ask for fresh fries because Popeyes fries can get super hard and dry. It’s best to go at lunch and dinner time! As well, with any other fast food place it’s just the luck of the draw!

The worst. I never, ever, ever submit complaints via a company’s website, but, this place annoys the shit out of me so I just did. I usually only come by when I want to pick up cole slaw instead of making it, and then am usually also tempted by fried things. Went by today to get cole slaw to go with pulled pork I made for dinner, and opted to get an order of chicken nuggets and fries as well. When I got home, my box of chicken and fries was actually a box with a few biscuits. The biscuits are good, but not exactly worth the same price as a meal. I also 1. didn’t get a receipt, and 2. had already driven home by the time I realized it, and 3. their phone number is disconnected(the number listed above plus the number that comes up when you Google this location or look on 411), so considering I have either always gotten the wrong order, or have waited 10 – 20 minutes in the parking lot for my order(and this is maybe 4 times total over the past year or two) I don’t think I’ll be going back.
