Love this place. Have been eating here since it opened. Large, FRESH, melt in your mouth sushi. If you don’t see it on the menu just ask. They will go out of their way to take care of you. BYOB

Wow. I love this restaurant. Usually I’m taking to go orders and everything is perfect. I love their food, I love everybody who work over there. All of staff are kind and always super friendly. I’m really happy that I found this place, now coming here is almost like some small holiday.

I’ve only done take out but the ambiance of the place is nice. It hasn’t been too crowded whenever I went in. The staff and the sushi chefs are welcoming. The sushi(I only get the vegetarian rolls) is good, especially the mushroom roll. I’ve tried some of their side dishes as well and they have been good. Great little place!

Pretty good for a quick lunch. Lots of selections of sushi to choose from. Customer service was good too. Nice area to eat outside on a nice day. Parking sucks though.

I had been eager to try this place, but often kept going past to get to where I needed to go. So when my best friend suggested we grab a bite there — my excitement was boiling over(really?! I wasn’t that excited, I was just in the mood for sushi!). Very cute restaurant! Customer service was great. My best friend ordered a tempura appetizer, which was very tasty. I ordered the Philadelphia roll and the Harbor roll — both very yum!!! My best friend(I feel much better about that now) ordered a roll that had lobster tails(I can’t remember the name of it), but that thing was huge and lovely(well done on presentation!) and delicious! And if you’re feeling into it, there’s a little drum for good luck that my best friend and I tapped on our way out.

I was in Maryland and had a great day of success for our work. Let’s get sushi yet where oh where in Owings Mills, MD? Well let me tell you it ain’t Edo Sushi II !!! I not being able to choose my sashimi type in the combo box was overwhelming. The staff and manager do not care about making a customer happy or satisfied. Besides this I ordered a Spicy Tuna a Sashimi Nigiri Lunch Special and my coworker ordered a Bento box and some type of roll. So let’s start with hers now if you are thinking of coming here and bringing a Non Sushi eating friend I would say don’t. My friends Chicken teriyaki was Dry Rubbery and Chewy. Literally my Mandible Popped trying to eat it. It was disgusting and the Noodles they put on the Chicken Lunch special are entirely over cooked. I being a Korean eating various Asian foods my whole life knew from first bite these were cooked improperly. Mushy and disgusting. Needless to say she couldn’t eat her chicken lunch special. She ate the edimame and rice. Now let’s get to mine these men are by NOMEANSSUSHICHEFS !!! They do not even know how to properly cut Sashimi or Nigiri. You see there is a fine art to this where the chef is so skilled fish will melt in your mouth. I had thick hunks of stringy nasty fish. There was no art nor skill to any of it and it completely ruined me for the day. Their California Roll is not a California roll. All they did was shred imitation crab roll it with Avocados and Cucumbers and lied saying it was a California roll. It was flavorless grossness. The Sashimi I spit out it was so tough and chewy. They didn’t ask us what was wrong or anything we paid them and left. This place is kinda cute but not an Authentic Sushi Restaurant. Once again if you are a Fine Sushi eater a picky sushi eater? This is NOT the place for you. We HATED it

I’ve only been to this restaurant once after work for an early dinner with co-workers. The interior is very nice and clean, and the customer service was very good(they provided warm/wet towels before and after the meal). The sushi was not bad, but it wasn’t great either. I would be willing to try other dishes as the chicken teriyaki served on a hot plate ordered by a co-worker looked amazing. The miso was very good with a lot of seaweed and tofu, just a little too salty.

Fantastic Sushi and phenomenal service. Water glass always full, very kind and friendly. Can’t wait to go back. The spicy scallop roll was super delicious and the shrimp tempura roll was out of this world. The rice soup could have had more flavor but add some soy sauce, you got something awesome! Worth every penny!!!

There is another Edo Mae like 1 mile away near Outback. Same owners. Makes zero sense, but go to this one And, if you sit at the bar, the older Japanese guy on the right is the one you want making your sushi. Hands down it’s the best sushi in NW balto/Owings Mills. It’s probaby the best in Balto. Joss’ may be better, but it’s close. The place Zagat rates so highly in Columbia sucks in my opinion. No way is it better that this place And i don’t know about you, but i am pretty sick and tired of all these crazy rolls. They are pretty straight forward and will have specials They have the best Volcano roll i have ever had Also, the Wasabi Shumai will light up your sinuses Great place 5 stars

The staff here was friendly but the food was mediocre. The specialty rolls were overpriced for the quality. The other rolls we got were just ok but nothing to rave about. It may be the best sushi in the area but I may just venture out of the area instead of hitting this spot again. If you’re looking for some alright sushi in a pinch then hit it up for one of the bento box specials. Otherwise, just steer clear of sushi in the area.

I used to come here regularly back when I was in high school and occasionally through college. After I graduated I moved away to NY and I can still say that this is one of the better sushi places. The spicy mussels are AMAZING. I can not come here without getting an order of that. The sushi itself is always fresh and the staff is nice. I do remember having an awkward experience once with the waitress after giving her a tip that I thought was decent but she thought otherwise. Regardless I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Fantastic sushi! I just moved back to the area after 10 years away and I was suspicious of a sushi place in a strip mall, but wow! I’ve been back 3 times already. The hamachi absolutely melts in your mouth and the unagi is some of the best I’ve had(perfect amount of sauce). I was very pleasantly surprised by the bento boxes, too. Additionally, the waitstaff is wonderful. Very friendly, very attentive. The price is about average for a decent sushi restaurant.

I was not impressed. Granted, I’m noticing my ‘wow’ing standards are getting high. But even if I lived in this area, this place would be a second or even third choice. I had to send back my spicy scallop roll. It was incredibly fishy. I was refunded and have no hard feelings. I was just not impressed with anything I ordered.
