Service was horrible, we waited for an hour before we got our pizza because they were having a team meeting, then when we recieved our pizza and never were asked if we needed anything or refills. Lastly we had ordered a cookie pizza to share when we first placed our order… the waitress forgot and we had to wait for that. Not a good experience at all for family night

Only 3 stars, so my boyfriend and I Dined at Pizza Hut last night. The food was good, but they need more people to work there ASAP. My waitress was friendly but she disappeared for a very long time after she placed our order. My bf and I got the 20.00 dinner deal. The only waitress that was really on her grind was this talker female. I was upset because my bf had to go get more napkins, our to go boxes and it just made me upset because it ruined our weekly date night. Then on top of that the people who wanted there food for pick up were terribly behind. Ugh! Kinda disappointed.

So here is a classic case where as I should have checked reviews BEFORE committing to catch a meal here. So I learned the manual way. Service here is stellar. Our waitress was truly a kind gem. HOWEVER, why on Earth would it take the kitchen nearly 30 minutes to serve us our entrée??? ESPECIALLY when there are only 3 families dining in the place AND when they had already been served. I watched and it wasn’t like there was a long take out line(in fact there was NO take out line). And delivery guys weren’t rushing in and out. So i’m just wondering… what was the hold up. And then of course they bring us a piping hot pizza. Um, I’m sorry… do you not see the 4 toddlers at the table? Now I’ve got to deal with burnt mouths and/or fussy kids who have to wait longer with food in their face. to cool. Exhale. Back to Buffalo Wild Wings for family out and about night. The tid bit was too late for me but I’ll pass it on… Get the pitcher of soda/drink. Its much more affordable than individual drinks. Boooo. Oh and this location hasn’t gotten their shipment of gluten free pizza(kits) as of yet.

I’ve done delivery, takeout, and eat-in at this place and they’ve proven to be awful at all three. Delivery took at least an hour and pizza arrived cold. Takeout also takes an hour from the time that you place an order to when you actually have the pizza in your hands. It’s horrible for eat-in because it smells absolutely disgusting.

I dont recommend ordering from this location, unless you are willing to spend at least 45 mins for food that was supposed to be done before you even get there. When I went, my food apparently didn’t get into the oven until 30 mins after the promised time. And no one would want to help you. Avoid this location like the plague!!!

So me and my best friend and my god daughter went here to eat for dinner one day. Everything started out ok the girl sat us quickly and asked us what we wanted to drink. She came back with the drinks and took our order now there was maybe 5 other groups/families dining so the meal took forever to come almost 30 minutes. We started eating the pizza got down to about 5 slices left I started feeling sick. When she went to grab another slice she noticed hairs on the remaining slices like more than two hairs. That made me sick even more when we said something the girl got rude and ignorant and said maybe it was one of our hairs. Well I have red dreads and she has long blk hair this was a short curly hair. The manager came over and apologized for the girls attitude and discounted the meal. Needless to say I got sick two more times, I vowed never to eat there again.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve visited. The pizza had so little cheese that I had islands of red sauce showing through on certain spots. Avoid. Check out Big Cheese, Vito’s, etc in the area.

I’m not usually a fan of non Chicago pizza places but this pizzahut was nicely decorated with a fireplace and friendly servers. We chose the pizza deal for two. Which provided a garden salad that was far from being bland. It contained red onions, peppers, tomatoes, chickpeas, bacon bits, olives and croutons. The salad was served along with warm fresh baked breadsticks. Our sodas were also included. Then we had a medium pizza. Half ham and pineapple half veggie. This was the only misstep of the evening the crust could have been baked longer. But it was still tasty. The dinner for two also included a dessert of chocolate bread served warm with a Hershey chocolate dipping sauce. The whole meal only set us back 20.00 what a deal. I’m coming back here to try the pan pizza.
