I wish I could give them NOSTARS! They don’t even know what providing customer service is! The managers suck! I’m absolutely disappointed in this store. Nobody here tries to help you, there’s just a bunch of kids who stay on their phone and could careless about working. Oh and they only have one line open and God forbidden one of the other 20 employees dare open another line! Also, Diane the«manager» is rude and has a horrible attitude. Don’t bother shopping or going here if you want a great experience. They need to fire the staff and start over!

This location also has a Babies R Us attached. I’m here to rate the Babies R Us first Halloween event. I had a blast with my daughter! The event started promptly on time. First the babies and kids paraded around the store with Geoffrey(toy r us mascot), and took pics with him. They had a little photo booth set up for kids. For craft time they had coloring sheets and decorate your gift bag with baby’s handprint. There was giveaways(really nice things). Everyone got to take home the bag their kid decorated filled with goodies and coupons. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Event was about two hrs long. It was too cute seeing all those babies with their Halloween costumes on. I will be on the look out of the event next yr!

I’ve never really cared for Babies R Us because they just seem overpriced and unorganized. This one is very convenient so I stop in from time to time. There never really seems to be enough cashiers! Sometimes the only option is the customer service desk… annoying. One good thing is that there is always a coupon on retailmenot. Prices drop on items often, so I always take a look to see what sales are happening, if none I shop elsewhere. Another chain store, nothing special…

«I don’t want to grow up, I’m a Toys R Us kid…» At this store, this is not just a cutesy theme song. It seems to be the company mantra. When a customer has a question or concern, if you’re lucky to find a staff member on the floor, they’re usually in twos. Unfortunately, you’ll be shocked if they’re not gossiping, sniping at each other or rehashing last night’s bad date. Then they’ll give you wrong information or pass the buck to someone else. It took well over three weeks to get an order fulfilled, which meant repeated phone calls and store visits(every single one of which involved more hold or wait time than actual service), every one of which was initiated by this customer… never by the store, despite managers’(who were not managers if you called again and spoke to someone else) assurances that the customer would be kept informed. This store is a waste of time and space. I will never return.

This Toys R Us is like the only Toy store that is still in existence and locations are lacking anyways. So, in a huge warehouse size setting, full of toys, babies clothes, bicycles, electronics, etc., the employees will either be knowledgeable or not. I’ve went here for the electronics department, to check out game consoles and various games and what nots, and of course for Christmas for the kiddies. The employees seem like they have a clue about their information, is always a plus. Sometimes Toys R Us may have some bundle deals and other times you’re better off going elsewhere for your dollar. The toys are almost endless. Sometimes they have what your spying and then again you may have to go onto the website. The employees were nice to me, but geesh when you gotta hear whiny little brats all day, wouldn’t you be just a little ticked off at the least? I WOULD!!! lol

It is nice that now this store carries a broader selection of Baby merchandise. However, the store is one of the most poorly operated businesses I have ever visited. Due to some of the items they carry I find myself reluctantly revisiting this establishment. I do not intend to diminish the majority of front line employees but their training is either non-existent or about 2 minutes long. I have never, in many many visits, been able to get through the checkout without some issues arising due to coupons or an in store special that the cashier was unaware of or had no idea how to handle. In addition the managers that are called for assistance take a long time to get to the register or are just able to be found. The store also places signage in the product isles that describe a specific special on the corresponding merchandise. More than once I have seen a special described on the Toys R Us website and when I went to the store that special is not advertised and many times a different sale is advertised. I have also taken note of the dates that a particular special is advertised to run for in the store isles. When I return well with in that time frame the special is gone or replaced by another special. Not to mention that often I can’t even find the products on the shelf where the advertisement lays. A store that I wish was run better or that I had a better substitute for in the area.
