Allen’s TV

I purchased used flatscreen TV from Richard Allen/Allen’s TV 3 years ago: Kobe 40″. Very reasonable price. Works great — never had a problem! Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier. They took down 60! tv, repaired and returned it. When control didn’t work they took back to shop and ordered a new part at their own expense, repaired and reinstalled the tv. Great service, good price and a good operation.

Allens TV tried to rip me off. I am a single female. I have a projection TV and I needed a lamp replaced. First Allens TV brought the wrong lamp so when he left he took the wrong lamp and my old one with him and now I had no TV. Next day they come back and installed my old lamp and tried to charge me $ 250.00 and told me it was a new lamp. My TV did not look any better so I told them to go get my old lamp and put it back in.
They said they would be right back with my old lamp. 30 minutes later I called the owner. His guys still were not back at the TV store to get my old lamp. The owner admitted that the lamp they installed today, was my; old lamp and they tryied to pass it off as a new lamp. He called them and they were back at my house in less than 5 minutes. They never went back to the TV store to get my old lamp because they new they already had my old lamp with them. I think they parked up the street and waited to come back.
I am soooo upset that they tried to rip mu off like that.
