I was in Oxnard for the weekend during spring break before hoping on a criuse with the family. My daughters laptop (transformer) crash and the drama was high. I googled local computer repairs and saw that CPR was very close. Since it was early sunday morning i sent Shaun and email — he promptly called me. We discussed the issues and he suggested he come over to work on the computer. Since the family was still asleep I went to his place. He was extremely professional and confident he could solve the problem. I felt completely comfortable leaving the computer with him to fix and go about our day. He touched base with updates — it was a bit more involved that just «alt-​ctrl-​delete». He returned the computer running and fully restored. It has been over a week and no issues. Shaun sorry it took so long to Unilocal but was at sea. My only regret is he is 400 miles from my home — he is a gem. thanks again.
