Nirvana Cafe

It’s out of business — too bad, I’d have loved it if I’d found it in time. Darn!

Went on a Sunday at 11am and it was closed. Confused at why but we went next door instead (big daddy os) which was terrible

So this little coffee shop has just opened up not to long ago. It is small, with only three eating areas inside and about four outside.
Now onto the best part, that COFFEE~! It is so delicious, strong and flavorful. At first I asked for a vanilla latte, which was good, but now I always get a honey vanilla latte– which inst on the menu but they make it for me anyway! Also all the coffee is locally grown! They also have tea, lemonade and other yummy drinks.
The food is very good as well! I have had a little pastry — I think it had almonds in it? And I got to try the egg and feta omelette, VERY flavorful, but a little too much feta for me, luckily it was on top so I could push off what I didn’t want.
The staff is also INCREDIBLY friendly, I believe that the three owners that started the business are also the staff. So strike up a conversation with them!
They don’t offer decaf espresso… yet (I personally think decaf espresso is an oxymoron, but I have seen a few people ask.)
They offer a 10% discount to military!
The wait can sometimes be a little long, but trust me its worth it!

Sandwiches took 30mins to come out, drinks didn’t come out either. We came here for a quick lunch, we didn’t expect such a long wait being the only customers. Food was nothin special. I’m not sure what happen, maybe she was baking the bread fresh we just got tired of the wait so couldn’t appreciate anything.

We had 3 different types of omelets/​drinks so we did try a few things.
I would give it a 2^nd chance.

I love everything about this place
I highly recommend the grilled chicken club with a side of chips or pasta salad. Both sides compliment the club perfectly.
I’m also a big fan of the iced latte.
The outside seating is perfect when the weather is nice.
My only suggestion is for them to be open a little later.

I love everything about Nirvana Café! The food and drinks are Soooo Yummy Good and Fresh!!! Great prices too. The Iced vanilla latte, chamomile tea, breakfast sandwich, and chopped italian salad are my favs. Great people, friendly, fun and welcoming service & environment. Steps away from the beach. Inside & outside seating. I can’t help my almost daily visits to Nirvana. When family and friends come to visit us, this is the place we take them every time.

Everything you’d want from a Café. The coffee alone is great. The food is great; my Son loves the chocolate pancakes and I just fell in love with the breakfast bowls. The people are cool and the location is great. What can be better than getting a coffee and talking a stroll around The Strand!

I’m glad I gave this place a second chance. We went for lunch the other day and it was great! We had salads but I want to come back to try some other things on the menu that look good! The owners were nice and friendly. I went for coffee when they first opened and didn’t like the coffee (I’m not a french press fan) so I didn’t come back but I’m so glad I did! I will for sure be back!

Nirvana Café is a cute little place to get good Coffee and a Great Meal. They are new to the Neighborhood here at Silver Strand and I’m so happy they are here :) Vana the owner and the Staff are always so friendly. Food is Great and it’s a Chill little place on the Beach :) Thanks Guys. Jenne

Five Stars says a lot, I know. For Nirvana Café’s size, location, and customers, they do their job well. There would be a seating problem if too many people showed up at one time and I’m no fan of French pressed coffee, other than that you couldn’t ask for better food, reasonably priced and a prettier smile.

The BEST chicken salad sandwich on a wonderful crossant!!! Also the Chinese chicken sald is FABULOUS! Take it to go and walk right to the jetty and watch the boats sail by!!!

Best. Oatmeal. Ever! With the fruit and honey and walnuts and then add in peanut butter it’s incredible!
My 3 girlfriends got sandwiches and they all loved their food. Plus the coffee was amazing. They just opened which is why there isn’t too many reviews, but definitely check them out!
The lady who owns the place was so kind and the service was great. Everyone working there was very attentive to us.

This place is super cute, food and coffee are both awesome! Friendly and chatty staff, always really clean with fresh baked goodies on the counter. Make sure to check their hours because they are a little funky. I hope they stay around for a while :)

Just moved to the area and am checkin out the local spots, will be visiting here often awesome people and we really enjoyed our breakfest. Great way to start the day

Thrilled to have this delightful coffee house on Silverstrand beach! Vanna is professional and warm and the atmosphere is truly inviting! The coffee and breakfast were delicious! Locally roasted amazing coffee. Say goodbye to corporate cookie cutter coffee. Support Local Business! The fresh watermelon lemonade was OUTSTANDING ! Thank you vanna!

The best coffee and meatball sandwiches!
We have been waiting for this cute little place to open in hopes the coffee would be good because we really hate having to drive to Coffee Bean or Starbucks when we want a cup of coffee. Well, the coffee is not only good, it is great! We are stoked to have somewhere to grab a cup of joe that doesn’t require a car trip. It’s also awesome to be able to support local businesses.
And, everything about the meatball sandwich is amazing.
Plus, the owner is fabulous and the prices are great.
