Pizza Hut

Beware. We ordered online and received the wrong pizzas. When we called they only offered to refund store credit or to remake it. We will not be using that store again. Remake? I don’t think so. Good luck…

Nope. There are other pizza places to choose from. I suggest anyone who thinks this is a good option choose something else. After an email confirming the pizza would be here in 45 mins, it shows up an hour later. Warm, not hot and as basic as it gets, very light on the toppings and the breadsticks were only luke warm too. Was given a choice of sodas on line only to hear from the driver «I don’t know why you ordered lemon Pepsi, we don’t have that»

I’d choose Pizza Hut over any other pizza parlors but this locations stinks for deliveries. Everytime I place in order they never arrive at the estimated time and Employees are rude when answering phones

I’m always pleased every time I have to say. maybe you guys could work on better advertising your selection of crusts so I don’t have to get into details to find out your selections on crusts. Who wouldn’t want to know about all the amazing crusts you guys have to offer?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It absolutely sucks!!! The customer service is thee worst! My family and I went in on Thursday and before we got to the front counter, we could hear two male workers in the back dropping F bomb after F bomb! The phone began ringing and you could hear them say «You get it» «Nah foo, you get it!» No one ended up answering the phone! Are you effing kidding me?! The woman at the front counter wasn’t any brighter either. I ordered a small pizza and she rang me up. After looking at my receipt, I noticed I was charged for a medium and when I brought it to her attention, she stated «Oh we don’t have small». Um… why didn’t she bother telling me this in the beginning? We only came here because my son received a free personal pizza coupon from his school. I will GLADLY be taking my business to TOPPERS, PIZZA REV or PALERMOS.

DONT GO HERE!!! We have lived here for almost a year and every time we order from here there is something wrong. From the pizza being cold to the order that was delivered that was all incorrect. When you call them about it they apologize but are unable to do anything about it. The Manager per say is stupid and has no sense of customer service. We return due to the fact that my fiancé loves their crust but following them ruining the second valentines day meal in a row we will no longer give them our business.

My boyfriend and I had ordered pizza around 10 at night (they close at 1 am Saturdays) so we figured, why not some late night pizza. We ordered through the app and they said our pizza wouldnt be delivered until 12:55 a.m. Thats almost 3 hours! And very close to closing time. All we ordered was 2 large pizzas with cheese and it came out to like $ 42 dollars with delivery and everything. Well we waited and waited until about 12:45 and nothing. We went driving to the actual store to see if we could pick it up and the door was locked! And it was not supposed to be closed yet. Obviously there were people somewhere because two cars were out front and the light inside the store was still on. Well we drove back home and waited more. Still nothing. We finally decided to give up and make our own dinner. I checked my bank account later that day and they had given me a refund. Worst service, and won’t be ordering from them again.

pizza are alway good when i pick it up, price is going up and up, delivery is like $ 3.25, but to day went to work at 5:30 this morning so i decided for my pizza to be delivered well it came ! ½ hour later, i asked the guy what the hell he said that they are short staffed, so i looked at the pizza and it was cold, i won’t order again from pizza hut, stay away

I recently ordered Pizza Hut the last 2 Sundays and its delicious. This Pizza Hut has really improve in the quality. Huge slices, melting cheese and more toppings to choose from. I recommend for everyone to give it a chance and see for yourself.

I wish I could give a zero star review on this. Last night I ordered pizza, 1 hour went by and no pizza, so I called and the lady was very rude about it, told me they just left and should be at my place in 5 – 10 min. I asked her if my pizza was still hot and she danced around the question and hung up. 2^nd hour goes by and then finally my pizza arrives, and it’s luke-​warm at best, barely past room temperature. My wife will only eat hot fresh pizza so we sent it back and asked for a refund. Needless to say we didn’t tip, in fact I felt like they owed me money after doing business with them. So if you want cool stale pizza this is the place for you. This Pizza Hut location cares nothing for the quality of their product. And they don’t even make up for it with delivery time or anything. They didn’t apologize or anything, didn’t offer a newer fresh pizza to make up for their failure, nothing, just attitude. Ordered from dominos right afterwards and got the pizza in 20 minutes and it was fresh out the oven. That’s how you are supposed to get pizza.

So, I’m on a quest, with my kids on spring break, to find cheap pizza other than the Little Caesar’s or Costco options. Reading the other reviews of this specific vendor definitely creates some apprehension into ordering here, and especially, having orders delivered. But right now, they have this «Hut Deal» running: $ 7.99 for large 2 topping pizza, carryout ONLY (well, didn’t want it delivered anyway). Cool thing with this deal is that half of one pizza can be 2 different toppings than the other half. Love having choices. My buddy from another town really likes their thin crust option so, with a lot of hesitancy, I order. Friendly, informative female takes the request & says in 20 minutes it’ll be ready. I time my errands appropriately, no drama when I arrive, young lady smiles & makes eye contact, gets my order, and I’m out in a flash. Easy! My order is correct, and the thin crust pizza tastes good! Thin crust is still firm enough in the center that it keeps it’s shape & not droop. Hey, someone in there got some skills! Pleasant surprise I must say! All in all, good experience WITH carryout.
Delivery, now that’s a different story, we’ll just let the good feelings from our carryout experience marinate for now. Hah!

Sept 19 around 730 pm I put an order thru the app. Minute later, I received a confirmation email telling me that my order was put in place and the store will call me to pick it up. Hours passed, I didn’t get a call from them. I woke up in the morning and still waiting for their call. Pizza Hut should fire all the people at this store!

We were visiting a nearby hotel and decided to order pizza. The order taker was very friendly and helpful. But that’s about where my good marks would stop. We were given a 25 – 35 minute window before our pizza would arrive. After 60 minutes we decided to call. Someone I’m guessing was the manager got on the phone and said the pizza was returned because we didn’t answer our door. That’s impossible. We were in a hotel and our room was small. Maybe the delivery person stood at our door but he/​she didn’t knock. I verified the delivery address/​room number and it was correct. The delivery person had my phone number and never tried to call. They were going to resend the pizza out but we declined as a 1 hr + old pizza didn’t sound very good. No apology… no nothin other than blaming us for not answering our door. Other than the friendliness of the initial order taker the customer service at this Pizza Hut is terrible… the next night we were in the mood for pizza and chose Papa Johns instead and I’d advise you do the same.

The food here is great and service excellent!

This location is terrible.
The first time we ordered from here we had just moved into our new place and was looking forward to some pizza, but to my dismay it arrived cold and the crust was hard like it was a few days old. After a long day, we tried once more last night to order from this dreadful chain (we should have ordered toppers) and after waiting 45 min, our order was completely wrong! We ordered a large half pepperoni sausage, half cheese, simple no? Instead we recieved a medium onion sausage pizza, boo. We call them and the girl can’t seem to comprehend that our order is wrong. She asks me several times what the pizza had on it.
Then she told me she could send out the right pizza, but I had to return the wrong pizza I had and wait another 45 min for them to bring the right pizza back– what kind of service is this? No apologies, she acted as if I was inconviencing her for calling. I then asked to speak to a manager on why that was my only option and he proceeded to tell me that they needed the pizza back for inventory purposes, and I told him that was ridiculous because I’ve worked in the food industry and all they will do is throw the pizza out. Then he said that he had to prove to the manager that it was the wrong order– ‘wait, I thought you were the manager?’ he said ‘oh no, I’m not, He’s not here right now.‘

Just stay away. Order from Toppers, they serve what real pizza should taste like.
