Employees: Professional and friendly the two times I’ve gone inside. Actually it’s much better than when I last came here back in 2011. Food: Hit and miss. If you eat it right away, the burgers are satisfactory. In eating it an hour past purchase, it hardens up and just doesn’t taste good. I usually order the mozzarella sticks and that’s mostly good. Odd note: I ordered a chocolate shake. I’m pretty sure, the worker just gave me straight chocolate ice cream because I was handed the cup 30 seconds later. Location: It’s located next to the Cozy Bowl. John Adams High School is located right up the street. It can get very crowded towards the end of the school day but that’s expected. It’s also been mostly clean each time I went inside and it’s usually busy in the morning and towards the dinner hour. I see lots of people dining in the small dining room. Overall, I’d say it’s a 3 star experience.

The employees are all kind and friendly to customers but the management team needs help. There was a female manager on Friday that had the place in chaos, everyone was all over the place and she was yelling at her employees over and over again. She even kept telling one of the men there to READTHESCREEN– USEYOUREYESANDREADTHESCREEN! I feel with a better management team they would get 5 stars. Kudos to the employees for not taking the negative energy from management and transferring it the customers.

It’s White Castle. I can’t give it more than 4 stars just because. Always a stroll down memory lane when I come to White Castle. This one is kind of small as far as seating. There’s probably only seats for about a dozen people. The bathrooms are locked here. Assuming to keep the Shenanigans at night to a minimum. The drive thru is a tight turn for larger vehicles. The parking lot is tiny too. Open 24⁄7!

Only White Castle that doesn’t get me sick! The employees are curiously friendly here. I always get an extra sandwich or two(free) when I come late at night. They have the smallest and most narrow drive thru ever– if you have a suv, pull all the way right and then attempt the turn. If you’re a bad driver, just park and go inside. I’ve seen many vehicles vanquished by this drive thru.(Not mine of course=) Happy pigging out!

I mean, c’mon. Let’s be honest. White Castle is not quality eating, but it does definitely satisfy a major greasy, junk-food craving big time when my students push me over the edge & my carrots & hummus & Greek yogurt just don’t seem appetizing for lunch. Sometimes you just need to go to hell with yourself! Well, the ladies who work at this location are all middle-aged lunch lady types & extremely friendly & quick moving. The sliders are always piping hot & as tasty as can be expected.

Okay everyone knows that White Castle food is Crack! I am a fiend for a chicken sandwich slider meal(add pickles, hold the cheese) with onion rings and a chocolate shake. I happened upon this particular WC during an A’ train drop off by my homie. Ribs was touching and I needed something to hold me down on my train ride to BK. I ordered my food to stay and I’m sooo glad I did. Everything was piping hot and fresh tasting, buns were extra soft and the sweet iced-tea makes that dollar crap at Mickey D’s taste like pee pee. The staff here was so pleasant and well-mannered. The floors sparkled and the tables were so spotless that I didn’t hesitate to pick up my onion ring that fell on it and still eat it. I complemented the young manager who told me that it was his first day on the job. I hope that he continues to manage his White Castle with the pride, dignity and efficiency that I saw on display today. Wish that I had gotten his name. Really nice guy.

Er… When Harold and Kumar went to white castle, they forgot to mention the money they were given to eat the burgers… LOL and how high they were… The burgers are okay? I guess… small and soggy most of the time. The Hot chocolate is powder and hot water that doesn’t really dissolve… I’ve never gotten sick here tho. I love the sweet potato fries! It isn’t the best tasting but hell when you have the munches you’ll eat anything… lol

Once upon a life time in my childhood days I came here to indulge on the mini hamburgers while hours later my body rejected it for a long-haul visit with the Porcelain King. Service is as equally comparable to McDonald’s for the disorganization of lines for ordering and picking up. McDonald’s in conjuction with White Castle and other fast food chain restaurants are the main reason for quiting in the fast food sector. I do not believe White Castle is up to par with utlizing trans-fat oil in their cooking. Weight gain is very easily obtain. This White Castle sits on Rockaway Boulevard and accessible via A train at the infamous split of Rockaway Boulevard Station.

Harold and Kumar, what the f**k where you smoking??? Must have been the bomb ass shit to go through all that trouble for a WC. I mean it’s not bad… I’m just sayin’. Certainly far better than their frozen crap they pawn off here on the Westside. Dig they do sliders and the fact they list calories(not all of us want super-sized asses with our super-sized food). I won’t front though because I do LOVE to eat. I just require portion control so WC is welcome to come out this way. Disclaimer: Since I have eaten here, I have heard rumblings of the gray meat. We did drive thru and it was late so I can neither confirm nor deny that rumor. Also, of how unnaturally soft they are. This I can confirm and it does make you wonder. I’m just not sure whether to be more concerned about that mystery meat or the fact that I kinda liked it. It’s no wonder Harold and Kumar got lit first!
