I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I will not go back to this location again. Three girls working, two were more concerned on their phones in the back, could have sworn the girl helping me was stoned. Took taking my order twice with a blank stare on her face to understand it and then she didn’t even know what milk was the nonfat and asked her co-​workers 4 times before getting a response. She asked the co-​worker if she would ring me up and pretty sure some smart ass snotty comment got said and they kept whispering back and forth the whole time, even before handing me my drink. You clearly need to get women to work at this stand and ditch the little girls working ¹⁰⁄₂₆ around 3:45−4pm. I will not be going back and only tipped $ 1 because I work in the bar industry and don’t believe in non tipping, however this stand lost a potential future customer. Better check on your girls.

If you like a decent coffee place that is open 24 hours, Bigfoot is the way to go. Not only do they have various types of coffee concoctions, but caffeine free options as well. I have frequented this location a bit more than the others around the area but the service and drinks are always consistent. Everyone here is friendly, they get your order and you’re in and out before you know it.
I like to get their specialty coffees. I’m addicted right now to berry flavored mochas! This trip around I got the Marionberry Mocha! It was super delicious! I like to come here when I am on my way up 167 and want a drive thru coffee stand that is on my way.

So just spent 30 minutes in line at this location for no apparent reason to be charged $ 14 for the wrong drink. Thanks ladies. It was also really fun watching the 3^rd person working counting tips instead of helping :)

If I could give zero stars. I would. My mom lives down the street here and I’m a loyal customer to big foot. I go to this stop before I head home from visiting and every time i go… I’m left upset and very dissapointed. I’ve written a few complaints to higher management and. pretty much they suck just as much as the people who work here. All the girls attitude stink, they are not properly trained, they will be nice for a tip but treat you like crap after. I’ve been over charged on my drinks, drinks come handed dripping with coffee and when you ask for napkins they get angry? Lol. make sure if you are a loyal points collector… get a receipt showing they gave you your points because they haven’t given mines a few times. and if you have a complaint to make to higher management… Don’t bother. they will treat you like a liar and give twice the crappy service as the people at this location. Stick to Burien one…

Good coffee, cheaper then Starbucks but attitude could use some work. I know it’s a drive thru but coffee sets the mood for the day sometimes and a bad attitude rubs off on others.
Order a cold coffee, cost was close to $ 5.

Every time I come here there isn’t a change in attitude from these baristas. The coffee sucks every now and then because the beans are burned. Starbucks is just literally a mile away from this location and the baristas there actually have a conversation with you. And fire some reason there is always a cop in one window. Slightly below average place of business.

Coffee is ok at best… Attitude of the baristas is same. For 4 bucks for a coffee plus tip they either need to be a bit, to put in other words, shitty with so many options Competition is just mile away. Only reason they are still in business is the boeing regulars who patronize the shop before their grind at the plant. I rather go to Starbucks

I have been getting my coffe here for 8 months and it is always consistent and great! Ashley is my morning girl and she always starts my day off with a laugh and a smile ;) love this place and the girls.

I love Big Foot Java, but this one is not my favorite. Ive had some well made drinks. and then I’ve had some not so good ones. As a former Barista myself, I admit that I am a little picky about my coffee. The most frustrating thing is that it isnt consistently bad, or good, so I always end up stopping in and taking the chance. I’ve only had one experience where the Barista was unfriendly towards me and I would say that most of the time they are happy to assist you in your caffeine quest.

In the area recently and I wanted something warm on a rainy day. I’d been to their location in Lynnwood so I decided to give this location a try. While I waited behind two cars, I imagined how good a latte would be… but when I reached the counter, I changed my mind.
The concept of a hot caramel apple drink was appealing so that’s what I ordered. I asked for less syrup + whipped cream and the barista obliged me. It was still plenty sweet and I cannot imagine having it full strength.
Anyway, prices were decent and the barista was super-​friendly. I don’t think I’d be back out in this area any time soon but if I were and craved coffee, I know where I’d visit.

The coffee here was OK. Nothing special. Convenient location. They get an extra star because they aren’t Starbucks.

This particular stand employs the very best baristas in the Auburn valley. I came here one day and was served the best chai latte I’ve ever had. Friendly and fast, give them a try. They’re convenient since they’re just off Highway 18 as well.
