Starbucks

We were greeted pleasantly when we walked in and everyone seemed to be in good spirits. Our order was taken quickly by a friendly employee. Business was fairly steady and the team had a good flow going. We didn’t wait long for our drinks, which were delicious and correct. What more can I say?

Great service. Quick and easy! I usually come here weekday mornings and have never been let down.

There is always a lovely staff, fast service and consistently great coffee. Today I was very unimpressed with the drive thru experience. The girl named Rebecca had the window shut for almost the whole duration of my drinks being made, making it difficult for me to tell her I actually needed one of the drinks switched to decaf. When she finally opened the window and I was able to tell her, she sighed and rolled her eyes and in a displeased tone told the girl to switch the drink to decaf. She walked over, turned her face away from the window and proceeded to what I’m assuming was ranting to her co worker. Then came back to the window and tried making vague and obviously uninterested small talk. Working in customer service, and actually as a big foot java barista, when I go to Starbucks I am there for the mature nature and genuine interaction. I found the small talk some what offensive as this girl was young, and completely unprofessional in many different aspects. She needs some guidance on maintaining a professional Starbucks drive thru window, and not showing her immaturity during work hours.

My go to coffee shop. The crew is fast & really friendly. There is a drive through, but if its after 6:30 am (on a weekday), you’re better off to simply park and go inside the store. Besides, then you can browse the Starbucks CD offerings, then go and download the songs you were interested in.
They are good about getting your drink right. Especially if you’re a Starbucks «gold» level member like me. Of course, this status opens up many doors in life.

4 Stars because my friend works here! But this one is way better then the M St Starbucks! Its on my way to work and so far they’ve never messed up my drink order.

Always a pleasant staff and service is very quick. Out of the 100 times I have been there, never once have they gotten an order wrong!

This is a decent Starbucks. It’s pretty close off hwy 167 and the service has been accurate and fast.
