BigFoot Java

Yeah… I’m a loyal customer… this place is convenient when I visit my mom… which is often… every time I come to this location… they mess up on my drink. make me wait another 5 extra minutes, they give poor service and expect a high tip. Last time I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting while the two employees just stood there making 1 drink yapping about random stuff… if your gonna make me wait, u could at least talk to me. Lol I ended up leaving. I’ve written emails to corporate or high end managers, but it seems like they don’t take your experience seriously. A lady told me to email her directly if I run into more issues with this location and when I did, she completely ignored it. The service here really really really sucks! If a drink is messed up by the employee, it should be free for wasting customers time. or write down the drink instead of acting like you heard everything. I ended up going to sisters coffee stand which is not far from this big foot and they provided excellent customer service! If you have ever been to this big foot, you would feel like a queen at Sister’s coffee stand!

The latte was so so, service was terrible) it did look like they were training a new employee, but she should have known something about anything before putting her at the window, the experienced baristress wasn’t much better because she kept asking me to remind her what I ordered), chocolate chip cookie is way overpriced and tasted stale.

This location was on point with other BigFoot Java locations.
One thing I can say about this chain of coffee stands is that they are pretty consistent no matter were you go and they do a great job of picking easy locations are that quick access on and off freeways.

Wow! The Mythical Mocha is in my top three of coffee drinks I have had in the past few years. Smooth, extra yummy and not over hot, just right from the moment you get it. And the stand here is great, double sided with fast friendly baristas. Coffee done right!
