It’s a small place but they offer a wide selection, I’ve tried several things on the menu and all have been good. The place has always been clean and they have always offered great customer service what I like most is that you can see the kitchen so you look at them prepare your food but good look finding parking on this little lot shared with about four other businesses

The reviewer before me shouldn’t even be allowed to review a damn Quesadilla. That’s pretty much the dumbest thing to review at a taco place… Venting aside, I came here yesterday and yes the place is very unassuming and small, and quite possibly a clautrophobics worst nightmare, BUT the varities in the food choices is great! I ordered 4 tacos al vapor and a sope. Al Vapor means essentially that the tacos were not cooked in oil and neither were the tortillas, let me just say that the tacos were outstanding as was the sope. A sope is like a thick tortilla that is eaten like a tostada with toppings like meat, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream. etc. essentially anything the person wants can be placed on top. I really liked how the actually toasted it on the griddle and use very minimal oil to finish ‘em up. I was so surprised at how guilt free my dinner was yesterday that I may be giving my culture another chance and especially the food another try, because after yesterday these tacos hit my sweet spot. P. S. Tacos are $ 1!!! Can’t beat that: D

Anyone who’s ever been to the Northeast San Fernando valley(especially Pacoima), knows that you can’t throw a rock without either hitting a taco place, a taco truck… or someone eating a taco… SO…after putting in a hard day out in the field in the downtown area… I was all too down to hit up a taco place to eat(what else?)…a quesadilla! With only a few snacks that got me through the day & a Gatorade Frost(it’s all about the grape) that kept me hydrated until I got home… I could only feel my desperation increase the closer I got to home… and at a 40 mile turn around… I would’ve cried if I wasn’t so effen dehydrated! Soooooooo…I FINALLY pull off the 5 freeway and as I’m waiting for my light to turn I notice Tacos Garibaldi & remembered how my sister raves on about how great their food is & how generous their portions are…“Fuck it!”…I thought, I have $ 10 in my pocket and sand starting to seep out of my pours… Tacos Garibali it is! It’s located in a crappy strip mall right by my house… but then again, that pretty much sums up the landscape… I finally find a spot to rest the Mini for a bit & walk in… the lady was pretty nice & approachable as we conversed in the Espagnal… but…this is when I get a bit perturbed… I ask for a plain quesadilla… no sides… no beans & rice… a plain quesadilla… that’s it… 3 minutes & $ 6.00 later I get home to the shittiest meal… the quesadilla was bundled into a ball of cheese… the lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes looked like they could’ve used some refrigeration… will I be returning to the Taco… hell no!
