Have bought from this store many times but never again. The woman behind the counter was rude and mean to my wife and children. A better attitude would have resulted in a few hundred dollar sale. I would spend money ANYWHERE else.

I bought a burned-out long sleeve T there as my souvenir for our long awaited vacation. The next day when I went to put it on it just tore like it was tissue paper. This is definitely thinner then normal burned out type of fabric. We stopped back by(no easy feat when you are trying to get the most out of your vacation) and was met with a rude employee who promptly said they had no control over that and that clearly a size medium was to small for me. I was astounded. I wear a size small in shirts(yeah, no boobs here) and size 6 pant, and work out and eat clean daily. I bought a medium so I could layer. She actually argued with me and said there was no way I was a small. I was almost ready to dig out my luggage to prove it to her. I said I would think that the manufacturer would give you credit and she just said there was nothing she could do. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Not even an apology. Furious, I did email the manufacture, Klavio and they said they would have given the store a credit, but because they were a wholesaler, they could not help me as an individual. At least someone had an idea of what customer service is. Save your hard earned money for better things while on vacation. I have a $ 49 useless piece of fabric.

This is my favorite place to get shirts. The fabric and styles are so amazing. Last time I came here I spent about 200 $ on numerous tops. I was so excited to visit this place on my recent trip to stock up on new tops! You can imagine my disappointment when I walked in to a shop full of rude if you can even call them that, employees! One girl was too busy on her cell phone and the older lady just had«don’t bother me «all over here face. Too bad cause Paia is such a cute town and everyone(except these women) are so nice and conversational. Guess they make enough money they don’t need my business! Bye !

Great shirts and hats although a bit on the pricey side. And the employees are hit n miss. Just today, walked in to see what they had new and the woman was so rude that I turned around and walked out. Sad for the owner.

Some of the softest t-shirts and the graphics are super cute! They also offer extended sizing which is nice if you are a Plus Size customer.
