This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Last Friday I was there for lunch there was two cars in front of me it took 16 minutes for me to get my food. I just stopped in there now to grab a taco the lady told me that they do not serve lunch until 9 a.m. It’s currently 9:22 a.m.

Came here because i had no choice and everything else was closed got home started eating my burrito and these guys had put beef on each end side of the burrito and the middle was filled with rice it was the most disgusting thing man. I was looking forward to my beefy crunch burrito after a long day at work and instead i got a rice crunch burrito with a little beef. Never come here again

I have gone here several times despite terrible service because it is so cheap and close to my home. Food is always fine. I’ve never been able to get through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes. Sometimes it’s 20. The kids working here are sometimes not even paying attention to the drive thru headset. Today I was told they were out of beans and it would be 15 minutes for more. I said never mind, but by that time was trapped in the drive thru lane. After 5 minutes without any cars moving, I decided at this point I might as well order. So I tried to, was told to wait a moment, and then no one came back on the speaker. I finally got to the window and was told there were still no beans. No apology, no offer of anything else, nothing. Just terrible customer service. I know it’s just Taco Bell but come on. How do you run out of beans?!

Hmm lets see… Ordered food here in the drive thru, took 20 minutes to get my food because the employee taking orders was on her cellphone and could care less… then I get home and I was charged for my food and apparently the people behind me too! Don’t come here!!!

Every time I have been to this drive-​through I have waited 15 minutes or longer. I don’t know how this is possible at a Taco Bell, but obviously these people should have their pay bumped up to $ 15 an hour.

This is one of, if not the worst taco bell in the area. They will mess your order up, make you wait incredibly long for your meal, and serve you poor quality food. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to their other location on Dundee.

What a rip off… and slow service. This place charges $ 1.49 for a crunchy taco (usually $ 1.19 elsewhere) and $ 1.59 for a soft shell taco (usually $ 1.19 elsewhere)… and they only put in half the meat compared to any other taco bell I have been to. On top of that, they were extremely slow. There was no line inside for my 4 taco order but it took like 7 to 8 minutes to get my food.

I didn’t order anything here, I usually try to avoid eating taco bell in general, but I’m here with my BF and his bro. Like all of the other reviews, THIS IS THE SLOWEST TACO BELL EVER! Took us a couple minutes to get our order in, than probably 15 – 20 minutes to get our food, than another 15 – 20 to get the rest that wasn’t with the first bag. Guy working there was nice enough, but two slow people working inside service and drive-​thru isn’t good enough. A quick snack turned into a sit down meal.

Been in line for 20 minutes and haven’t even ordered. You don’t need new manager you need corporate to step in and do something. Ten cars behind me and who knows how many in front of me. Waited in line for 33 minutes last night around 11 pm, the employee was extremely rude and told me I was «shit out of luck» when I told her I was now late to the place I was heading. As I was driving away she told me to fuck off yelling out of the window. Extremely awful service.

They remodeled the dining area inside. It’s a little better, even a booth area, and cell charging stations.
The size of the outside of the food hasn’t changed, but the ingredients INSIDE have just shrunk by about 20% (in the last few months). It’s disappointing when a large burrito is mostly tortilla, and tacos are mostly air.
Also the prices have gone up about 20%.

I have been to this Taco Bell a couple of times and they are normally ok (it’s fast food). Today was the final straw.
I waited at 2 pm in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I ordered only a quesadilla. When I got home to eat it, it was completely burned on one side.
I will not be going back

Don’t normally review fast food as the food is always consistent. In this case though I was very uncomfortable eating at this place. I think the oldest employee was probably 18 and some of them had friends visiting were chatting with the staff preventing them from working. Lot’s of loud and very innapropriate conversation between staff and their friends during my entire meal. Then one of them started yelling in a good-​natured way to stop making out with someone in the kitchen area. I just don’t get it. How can you let a bunch of kids run a business.
