A very small place – around 4 tables and few stools to sit against the wall. The broth is so salty that you can’t even add the spicy sauce. The soup is anchovy base which is a plus for me. $ 10 for basic noodle soup, $ 12 for seafood and $ 13 for the clams. I can understand they gotta make money but charging $ 10+ for a bowl of soup seems outrageous. Reduce your portions — seriously a bowl large enough for 2 — and bring the price down.

Will do full review later but really, really good HANDMADE noodles(think tagliatelle but not as flat and chewier) served in really, really good broth in giant portions for 10 bucks. You can add cherry stone clams, mixed seafood, and few other varieties but go with the cherry stone clams. Skip the spicy sauce though. It’s way too spicy and imo ruins the broth. This place is for the local Korean population; the service is brisk and turnover high. Expect lines during meal hours. The décor is neat and all effort is focused on the few menu items rather than the accoutrements. How many places do you know that serve handmade noodles or pasta in NJ??? Exactly, eat here.
