They have decent milkshakes but quality of the burgers is downright pathetic. Go to Five Guys or Burger Fi for way better quality and more value.

I can’t believe this place still has its doors open. I’m not sure where to start, but so bad we didn’t stay to eat and apparently no one else did either, the place was empty I’ll give you the condensed verison, no customer service, one employee cooking and taking orders, no kids menu and the kicker was no drinks except beer. Seriously no coke, lemonade or ice tea. Good luck Chuck, you need it.

Food is always good, but the staff are kids and it’s really hard to get your order right… Been there twice in the last two weeks and both times. Love the burgers and disco fries! A must. Last time we wanted to try the Icecream cause we love shake shacks, but they were out of Icecream… Not cool! But the burgers are worth the mess ups.

This place used to be great. It has gone WAYDOWNHILL. I was there last week with my son on National Cheeseburger Day and there was one person working! They were out of hamburger buns — they served them on 2 hot dog buns stuck together, and cookies — so no chuckwich sandwiches. We decided to give it one last try today, because the quality of the food is actually pretty good. Three people working today. No salad, portobello mushrooms, they can’t accept cash, etc. We waited 20 minutes for our 4 burgers. While waiting I placed the order for our chuckwich ice cream sandwiches and waited another 20 minutes only to find out that their screens were down and they had no record of our order. Then the manager argued with me that I had not waited for 20 minutes until I produced my receipt with the time on it. The manager, not sure of his name because no one wears a name tag, was extremely pompous and rude, arguing with the entire restaurant when their order was delayed/wrong, claiming that there are a number of other restaurants in the same plaza and suggested that they go there instead. He is definitely bad for business. Not sure if Mike Curcio still owns this establishment, but I can assure you that if he does, he won’t for much longer… It’s a shame because the burgers are pretty yummy.

Really good burgers. Too bad thats where the good ends. I Just left the restaurant, a very rude woman that gave me my food was less than nice. I advised the server that the ketchup dispenser was empty and she was obviously perturbed that I had told her that and put an unmarked catchup bottle on the counter without saying anything. and walked away. A short while later I noticed that she served me a vanilla shake instead of a chocolate. I brought the drink back and advised the cashier of the mistake, and was told they would remake it. After 15 minutes had gone by i went to see if it was ready. The woman server said that they were out of chocolate and would have to refund my money for it. You would have thought she would have told me right away instead of me having to inquire. I asked for a glass of water. She placed a cup of ice in front of me and walked away. No water in it. Another employee saw how she was acting and helped me. I finished my meal. Went to the counter and was told no manager was working when I asked to speak to one. I called the number on their web site, and got a voice mail that was full, so i couldn’t leave a message. Good burger, no shakes, rude staff and no management to direct them. This joint will be closed in no time.

Comparable to 5guys. if you get it with egg in its a real hardy meal, French fries are great with the chuck sauce. Service is always great. Small selection of beer but they do serve beer and wine. They have a few TVs inside and outside if u wanna catch the game.

I’m not sure why these other reviewers are upset. The burgers aren’t «greasy,» they are JUICY! That’s straight up delicious burger juice running down your chin right there. With a delightful char… Mmm-mm. At the end of your meal, assuming you haven’t completely devoured it in under a minute, the soft bun has soaked up that burger juice to a point where it’s hard to distinguish bun from burger. Your food has now melded into a singular handful of delicious awesomeness. «Now that IS a TASTYBURGER!»

Excellent Burgers! The fried egg, special applewood smoked bacon and sauce make these things absolutely delicious. Fries are great too. Sweet potato field are unfortunately waffle style, I believe they should change them to gourmet style regular sweet potato fries.

This place is run by high school dudes. I tried the ChuckBurger and was not impressed. Tasted greasy. I like that they use real beef, which is how they justify the higher price, but I think McDonalds tastes better.

Expensive and not great at all. The meat has no flavor at all… Really blend. Not nearly comparable to 5 guys or smashburger.

It’s the Shake Shack of Florida. Basic burger and fries place. The burger was good, but I was shocked at the price of the shakes. $ 5 for a shake? Whoa. The burger and fries did the trick and I left full and happy. Would I go out of the way to come here? No. But if I was in the area and wanted a burger it would be a good spot to stop at.

Good burgers and cheese fries. The weakest point is usually cashier’s inability to ring it up. PBR tallboy for only $ 2.55 including tax is a deal.

I was very skeptical based on the reviews but I thought it was worth checking out. I had the B&B burger and I thought it was delicious. A little small on the portions compared to the price but it was definitely yummy. My friend ordered the cheese fries which I wasn’t really impressed with. Overall the burgers were good and I would go back if I was craving a pattie.

Where do I begin. My wife and I were expecting for a good burger so I thought we would try this place. I have eaten at the local places like«the brass ring» which is amazing but I digress. I’m short the hamburgers were extremely greasy and the French fries soft and greasy. I would not recommend this place. Your better off getting a burger at five guys. Yes there’s is also greasy but not as much and much better tasting. Sorry.

Overpriced and mediocre at best. Zero personality from staff. I will definitely not come back Food poisoning alert !!! Be warned that the practice of improper food handling seems commonplace here. Do not take a chance eating here. Management was apathetic when informed of me becoming ill from the food and simply made excuses rather than apologies. Do not eat here.

We were in the area and my son hadn’t eaten dinner and wanted a burger. So, I figured we’d give Chuck another shot. Never again. Dirty tables. We moved 2 times before deciding that they must all be dirty. Mediocre burger at best. Fries tasted like old oil that hadn’t been changed. We were almost finished when a young lady came up and announced that they close at 10 and we could«stay if we wanted to» but that she was«locking the doors». Then she turned off all the TV’s. Talk abut feeling I unwelcomed! You don’t do that when people are sitting in your restaurant eating… unless you don’t want them to come back. The one positive was the attentive and efficient order taker. Very accurate, polite, etc. Thanks guy!

I ordered a single turkey burger, sweet potato fries, and a club soda. The burger was reasonably tasty and juicy and the fries(waffle style) were just okay. The club soda(the carbonated water that goes into all fountain drinks) tasted like bad tap water. My meal came out to over $ 12. This place is waaaaaaaaaay overpriced. To be perfectly honest, I think it’s about as good as Wendy’s … except that Wendy’s is about half the price. You’re not serving lobster, you jerks. Give your ordinary burgers ordinary prices and maybe I’ll visit again. ** I should add that the staff was lovely, but the owners should get their heads out of the clouds.

Wow. I don’t even know where to begin. We ordered a cheese burger, a «chick burger» and fries. The burger tasted off, wasn’t juicy, and lived in a sad store-bought bun house. The chick burger, though, was a sin unto itself. You know those gag rubber chickens? Someone forgot to tell CBJ that they aren’t actually for EATING. The fries were Costco bag crinkle fries — uninspiring, though honestly the best part of the meal. *shaking head* My reason for this 1-star-tastrophe? Even after the gym and a day of fasting I couldn’t bring myself to eat a second bite of that chickburger and my dining companion felt the same way about his burger. The entire meal was $ 24. I was so angry and indignant that as I dumped the alleged food into the trash I briefly considered discarding their ridiculous metal baker tray. But I didn’t. I just stormed over to Chipotle and drowned my sorrows in guacamole.

On the Highway the convenient fast-Food place to stop was Chuck Burger Joint. The Décor was pretty modern and cool. This Place was Empty at the time. My man ordered the Chicken Sandwich, it was very disappointing. I ordered the Hamburger. they Claim: All-natural beef. No hormones. No antibiotics. EVER. All burgers are cooked to a perfect medium and served plain unless you tell us otherwise. I found it good but not that tasty. The Fries were Ok. They have wine here and Beer on Tap and Bottles. I don’t know if Ill be back with so many other Burger Joint offers.

If Chuck was a guy I would give it up on the first date with him!!! That is how good this place is! It was love at first bite. I am not quite sure what had me so enamored. Was it the local ingredients? Was it the easy ordering process? Friendly staff? Clean and simple industrial décor? I know: it was the melt-in-your-mouth, slap yourself silly, gotta have another bite of my Chuck Burger! I ordered the Chuck’s single with cheese, grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. I asked the girl running the register what set the Chuck’s apart from the regular single and she said, «the sauce». This supposedly is a secret sauce that has been ten years in the making. Well I say it works! It was the best burger I have ever had! Better than In-n-Out, better than Relish, and better than what we make at home! I can’t wait for my second date!!!
