I’m really no into these theme restaurants but stopped here recently for late afternoon bites with a friend. The drinks were strong and sweet as heck if that’s Your thing but I had a major headache after half a glass of whiskey sour while I sat out by the pool afterwards. The chicken satay app was good if lacking some flavor but overly salted and nice a char on the outside. The vegetarian lettuce wrap app easily fed two.

I have been to many PF Changs throughout the country and the Gardens PGA Changs is by far the best. This is because of the staff. Rob the bartender is friendly and always gives service with a smile. The managers Brittany, Mike, and Eric always introduce themselves and make sure your dining experience is excellent. Love this Changs! Go in and ask for Rob at the bar! Tescha

I’m never one to complain, let alone write a negative review but my experience here will have me writing my first bad review. The one positive thing I can say about my experience here is that the bartender made our drinks well– slightly dirty martinis and a Bombay and tonic. Upon arriving to our table, we were greeted by our friendly and informative server. The food, however was underwhelming and frankly, disappointing to say the least. The food we ordered– Chilean sea bass, salt and pepper prawns, lemon ginger shrimp, calamari, and lemon ginger chicken, although tantalizingly described on the menu, arrived lacking flavor and some of our dishes were undercooked. A manager came to the table after we sent back the sea bass but instead of showing understanding and compassion, basically said«the chef checked the temperature of the sea bass and it was the correct, perfect temperature». Along with the lack luster food, we had to ask a few times for our second round of drinks, etc. I’m sure we gave off the impression as «that difficult table» but in my opinion our requests were not complicated and the some of the complaints we had could have been avoided. The restaurant was busy, I’m sure because it’s a Friday night, but the food was nothing to rave about.

Yesterday we had a dinner there with my friends, this is the first time I have been there. To be honest, the food are soso, all of them which we ordered are salty. After dinner I had to drink a lot of water. And I pretty much sure, their chinese food just for America, because I am a Chinese.

Let me start this review by saying that the way the front of the house is run here is beyond a nightmare. We had 6:30 reservations and got seated at 7:20. That’s not an issue. The issue is that the four tables seated before us all had 7:00 reservations. They waited 10 – 15 minutes and we waited 50 and our reservation was for an earlier time. To top it off we have the best behaved 4 month old with us and they saw that. Still no sympathy. Maybe because the people in front of us were senior citizens and they would complain was the reason they screwed us. That backfires when I am a Unilocaler and its 2016. Listening to old people complain for ten minutes while you stand at your hostess station doesn’t compare to the permanent digital footprint this review will leave. Thankfully a review isn’t just about the front of the house(when I said to the shortest of the three hostesses that the four tables seated before me all had 7pm reservations and we were waiting with a 4 month old on a 6:30 she said«I know» and I said«so we wait 50 minutes and they wait ten… seems fair» and she said yes. Admitting people with reservations 30 minutes after you are sitting with a big party and you as a two top are not is beyond infuriating. Onto the meal. Our waiter Jakob is a breath of fresh air. He was on top of us immediately and had our drinks and appetizers to us in record time. We got lettuce wraps and ribs as appetizers and they were awesome. Main course was spicy beef for me and beef and broccoli for my wife. Both awesome. The ambiance was great the whole time and our waiter literally performed perfectly. I hope when the manager reads this that he rewards our waiter Jakob and fires the smug midget hostess. I now feel bad because people can’t help their height but they can help from being smug so I apologize to the vertically challenged. To sum this visit up if I could skip the front of the house and just be served and eat this was a 10⁄10. Bring the Lullaby League into the equation and upset my wife as much as she did and boom, instant 3⁄5. We live halfway between this location and the Boca location in a country club and normally done with more people. We will make sure in the future we go and bring our parties to the Boca location until they get the front of the house sorted out here. I’ll check back as a solo so as to not upset my wife again.

Found a gift card that I had been given to here so went to dinner with a friend. Having a best friend who is a vegan, I’ve been to P. F Chang’s quite a few times over the years and I’ve never been let down. Tonight was no exception. In most locations, be prepared to wait a bit for a table during happy hour or dinner rush. We waited about 10 minutes, so not too bad. I’ve given up meat and booze for lent so we started with the homemade ginger beer to drink and the fried green beans as an app. The ginger beer is delicious! It’s good with vodka as a Moscow Mule too but not tonight! You cannot go wrong with the green beans. They are lightly battered in tempura and fried to perfect yumminess! The dipping sauce has a little kick but I like spice. For dinner I had the crispy honey shrimp and my friend had the Feb. special of long life noodles with shrimp. Both were very tasty. All in all, another good meal

You know, I’m not sure as to whether this is a PF Changs issue or a GrubHub issue, so I’m leaving this review for both companies. I eat PF Changs a lot, and most people agree that PF Changs is overpriced and has«okay» portion sizes based on the cost, but the food really is amazing, you can’t argue with that. Nonetheless, tonight I ordered 3 entrees for delivery through GrubHub. As soon as I opened the bag I could tell, without question, that the Mongolian Beef was way below the normal portion size, and even more frustrating was seeing the corner of that dish lifted up and unsealed, whereas the other two were sealed and were also to normal portion size. When the driver handed me the bag he barely said 2 words, didn’t even hand me a receipt or ask for the credit card or nothing, and he had literally pulled a 180 out of the doorway in a few seconds… almost as if he wanted to be gone by the time I had the opportunity to review the order. Now the question is… did the driver skim from the dish OR did PF Changs totally jip me on that part of the order. I’m inclined to think, based on the driver’s behavior, that it was him. But either way, I ended up paying $ 19 for a dish of Mongolian Beef that literally, and I’m totally serious, was one normal plate full of food! I wish I could post photos here because I actually took a few. Anyway, whether this is a PF Changs issue or a GrubHub issue, who knows, but at the end of the day I definitely got short changed on the order!

PF Changs are consistent with their great service and this location is no different. Serving staff knows their stuff. The only concern I have was that the spicy designation here is rather bland. Next time I would ask that they kick it up a notch. Also, the valet is associated with a mall and is very slow and hardly worth the effort.

Okay, maybe we live a charmed dining out life. We had many eatery choices our first visit to stunning Palm Beach Gardens(more than a Mall) Mall. Elected to avoid the crowd typical for this 13 year old eatery by entering at 5:45pm recently. Pick of tables. Immediate seating. Prompt arrival of Van, our professional server. He and his colleagues ensured a non-hovering prompt delivery of our perfectly prepared and presented eclectic array of soup, three bountiful appetizer selections, finishing with a decadent chocolate-centered dessert. Oh yes, first ever experience with P.F. Chang’s anywhere. So we’ll eat a light lunch and go early to Chang’s and have another first rate night time experience, I wager. Looks like December was not this Chang’s best month for some. We ended our visit by chatting with two other dining parties. They were all smiles, just like us.

Let me start with I love PF Changs. This location is the worst I have ever been to. Step 1 Call for a reservation. Nope. Can’t do it. Step 2 Get a pager when you get there. Got a broken pager. 70 minutes later, oops. Never any attempt to find me. I was at the bar. Step 3 Go to the bar and get a drink. The bar smells like ass. I don’t work in a restaurant but I know the smell of an old leak with proper maintenance. Step 4 Bitch about the pager not working. See step 2. Step 5 Go to the bathroom after drinking a bottle of gin at the bar. This is when I should have left. Nope, no sense anymore. Drank a bottle of gin. WTF. If you think the bar smells like ass. The bathroom was disgusting. Want to laugh, told the girl that gave me a broken pager and parked me at the ass bar. She said what do you want me to do? Step 6 Check please.

Went for a family dinner here. Made reservations for large party. We got there 40 minutes before our reservations and were still not seated until almost ½ hour AFTER our scheduled reservation. We were crammed into the center of the dinning room making it very tight and uncomfortable. Our waiter(Jesse) was very standoffish and somewhat rude. He made no effort to come around the table and take drink orders properly instead having us holler out our drink orders over the restaurant noise and he did the same with our meal order which of course came out wrong. The food as ALWAYS was great! But the service was very disappointing, we had family we brought to enjoy a great evening and ended up having a less than stellar experience. The icing on the cake was when our waiter gave my 76 year old mother a dirty look for moving her chair as he reached over her to grab something off our table. Not great!

Had family in from California. Party of 8, Dec 26th. Had 8pm reservation showed up at 7:20 and told them we were there. 8:45 we were seated. Tables so close to each other I guess they decided to put more tables in for the holidays for more money per hour making it uncomfortable. Waiter could not get to my side of the table and this is when he starts handing drinks to everyone to pass down. Ordered food but had to repeat an order 3 times because he was so far away, this order came out wrong and was sent back. They did let us keep the wrong order and they made a new one. Both meals were comped. Table next to us received their entire meal free. The dinning room being so packed to where they could not wait on the customers correctly was the entire issue. I myself am a restaurant manager and understand what they were trying to do but they failed that night. They made it hard for their staff to do their jobs correctly. I love the food. It was very good as always. The uncomfortable dinning room was the whole issue. Felt like one big picnic with 100 people at a picnic table. That close. Heard conversations I’m sure some people didn’t want other people to hear. Giving 2 stars because service is as important as food quality. Fail at one you failed period! Won’t give 1 star because I like PF Chang’s. I’m sure they will fix the dinning room problem. If not 1 star review coming soon.

We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Nothing wrong with the food, it was great. The service, however, was leaving much to be desired. We waited for 5 minutes for a hostess to even notice us at the front while the rest of the restaurant sat empty. When we went to order the waitress informed us that the lunch menu is not available on the weekends, forcing us to order the«dinner sized portion.» When the meal came, they serve us the lunch sized portion«because we were there for lunch.» So we pay for the dinner size, get the lunch size, and leave with a $ 70 bill(after tip) for three people. I would avoid going for lunch on the weekends unless you’re willing to pay a premium.

Always great… BUT, for lunch, we ordered Mongolian Beef with rainbow quinoa(phenomenal) and a salad and I ordered Changs spicy chicken also very good. I also ordered hot and sour soup. My wife’s salad, my soup and entrees came all out at once. Beware! A new policy of theirs on lunch only. The mgr. Was kind enough to discount the check $ 4.00.the lunch portions are pretty skimpy for the price. Never again. Dinner only from now on.

This is the type of place you may want to make a trip for if you’re celebrating some occasion and want to spend a little bit more than usual but still not break the bank. Upscale and truly delicious preparations. I went for the first time this summer and me and my fiancée did the«dinner for two» or whatever it’s called exactly, for about $ 40. Soup, starter, entrée, and dessert. Even without this deal, the individual entrées alone would run you over $ 30. So we got to try a lot of new things, and the entrées were the biggest hit for sure. Our waitress was very friendly and made recommendations off the menu that turned out to be wonderful. I have been dying to go here again but considering the price tag(because, don’t forget to tip), I’ll just have to wait until I have something fun to celebrate. Highly recommend checking it out if you’d like to dine in a nice Asian restaurant but still won’t feel out of place in T-shirt and jeans.

Pad Thai is delicious! (The following is written from my iPhone so pardon typos and auto correct) Recently my mother and I went here while shopping with two other ladies for a wedding — all four of us became so «HANGRY” —(that’s angry hungry from shopping so hard) that they asked what place was around there that we could walk to real quick to eat at. I suggested PFCHANGS. It was really my first time here for dinner– I’d been to another location before for a quick — stop-pit-stop– In between bar hopping for a bachelorette party. It was then for drinks only. weddings are going on all around me these last four months And mine is NOT one of them, and lately it’s the only way I find myself going out without wanting to pull my hair out.(Season parking and holidays — need I say more???) I think our pad Thai had egg in it but I just pushed that to the side. In a «HANGRY» state– I gave up being vegetarian for a hot minute before the low blood sugar shaking started — Everyone else had vegetarian dishes– were all very healthy eaters I think– but to make up for that– fun drinks were ordered —(not by me– I was driving and it was not quite 5 yet anyway– I feel like a bad school girl sneaking a swig of vodka behind my dorm room if I have a drink before 5)(okay 4-I’m that little bad schoolgirl)

Been there Saturday nite, kid wanted to treat her for Mother’s Day The treatment was sloppy after waiting almost ½ hour for table had to wait nearly same amount of time for the food. First ordered appetizer came 15 minute late cold(egg rolls) said nothing, after a long time finally their famous soup showed up of course they apologized for delay, they said«that the soup is very hot and she had to wait for it «when was cold almost like the cola I had, of course did not believed me and tried to see for herself, finally the main course comes what supposed to be hot and spice, came loop warm and not spice had to ask specially for spices . Needed to say service was sloppy, food was not what use to be, but the price is still there and after almost two hours left the premises totally disappointed Good luck

PF Chang’s is great because it’s consistent and I love that they have a Gluten Free menu. Typically I can’t eat Chinese food because of the soy or ponzu sauces, but they have a great menu for those of us who are unfortunately gluten intolerant or allergic. The Singapore Street Noodles are my favorite, but the lettuce wraps and ginger chicken are a close second! AND(Tip for other GF people) if you get Take-Out they will give you GF soy sauce packets, which I usually stick in my car and save for those unfortunate times you end up at a sushi restaurant that only has regular soy sauce. You’re welcome. ;)

This place gets a 1 bc of the service. The food is typical Pf changs so no surprises and usually really yummy. I was there over night for business– not feeling great I wanted some soup. It was Saturday night so busy of course. I called for carry out and was told it was a 50 wait. I said thanks but no thanks. No big deal I get it, it’s busy. They asked what I wanted and I said only soup. The guy said«hold on we can push that through quick, let me call the kitchen to confirm» he comes back and says 20 – 25 minutes no problem. I said great and placed my order. I had to drive a solid 15 minutes past my hotel but the timing was going to be perfect so I said what the heck. Well I get there and it’s not even close to 20 – 25 minutes. By time I got out of there it was 5 minutes short of the original time which I would have declined placing the order. I asked to speak to the manager and the only lame excuse he cod come up with was its a call center and he has no control of what they say. Someone is lying about the process either the guy in the phone or the manager. Either way he did nothing to even try to make me feel good about going out of my way to come to his restaurant. All he did was make bs excuses– I wasn’t looking for a free meal but a coupon or something to say we appreciate you as a customer would have been nice. I travel all over the country and this was the worst customer service response I’ve had in a long long time.

Food was was not fabulous but good. I ordered the spicy chicken with brown rice, egg drop soup and sangria. It was all good. My friend ordered the Mongolian beef. I had a bite of her’s and it was good as well. This is not the best Chang’s I’ve been to. Our waiter took forever and was MIA for the majority of our time there, and he didn’t mix our sauces for us. I’d probably go again though just for the convenience of it being at the Gardens Mall.

Just ate there this afternoon and the service was ridiculous. Waiter came to the table a couple times, wine glass came after 15 minutes of ordering it. Someone, who was not my waiter, brought the food and forgot the rice. When the waiter realized someone had served me without rice he apologized and brought it right away. Very slow service, small portions(considering this was not lunch time) and noisy(understandable for a Sunday afternoon). Might give it another try, but it didn’t make my day today!

The dumplings were amazing!!! Perfect amount of beef– very hearty. The perfect balance of spice, and the meat was brilliant. The vegetarian spring rolls were excellent as well, but a beginning to a very salty experience. Not only were the spring rolls overpowered with salt, but so was the Chang’s Kung Pao. This dish was very tasty, but the salt took away from some of the flavor of the chicken and peanuts. Overall, seeing past the salt, the chicken was cooked well and the dish was great. The service was incredible. We were greeted immediately, and ordered not long after. We were served within 5 minutes! Our server was very attentive, as well as polite. Overall the experience was fabulous and we intend on returning soon.
