If you’re looking for a good day on the water you have to call up Capt Brian. He’s a super friendly guy and will teach you the ropes. I fish often down in Tampa but figured in a new area I should call a guide. And plus my husband and I are on our honeymoon and didn’t want to have to worry about a thing and calling Capt Brian was a smart thing to do. He was already waiting for us when we got there and had the boat fully loaded with bait we just hopped right on and got to it. We tried the first spot got a few trout and then went to another and got some more. Finally, he said let’s try for the reds and that’s when I hooked my highest bull red ever! 36 inches! Then we went to another spot and each caught a keeper redfish which is what we were looking for. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Capt Brian kept us entertained, he took care of us, and even cleaned the fish for us! We definitely had a great time and will be returning back! Thanks capt Brian!

Best inshore fishing charter ever! We arrived a half hour early and Captain Brian was already in the water waiting on us. He knows area very well and took us to some great fishing spots. If you want a fishing charter where you almost instantly feel like you’re on your best fishing buddy’s boat from the moment you step onboard, you are in for a real treat here! Captain Brian gave me the special gimp treatment too. I smashed my toe the day before, so he did everything for me but reel in my catch, all while I sat in the sun with my foot elevated on the side of his boat… he even cleaned my fish for me! I will definitely be back because Captain Brian is awesome!

Don’t pass up an opportunity to fish with Capitan Brian. He’s funny, entertaining and incredibly knowledgeable about the tides, the weather and where to find the fish. I went with my boyfriend and his dad and being from California I wasn’t sure what to expect. a cranky old southern boy who wondered why there was a girl in the boat? or a weird stinky fish man who still wondered why there was a girl in the boat, but I was HUGELY mistaken! Thank goodness Capitan Brian made me feel more than welcome on his boat. His personality and the fact that he cared if we had a good time and that we actually caught fish made him more like a friend that a business transaction. He was also one of few business that could accommodate more than 3 passengers, so this mermaid was thankful she wasn’t left on shore. The boat ride down the intercoastal to where we fished was beautiful; I saw a lot of wild life, some boat up campsites, historical landmarks and beautiful homes. We used live bait to catch that day and reeled in about 10 Red Fish. We ended up throwing some pretty big ones back and kept and ate the rest for dinner. Blackened Red Fish. HOLYMOLYYUM! He provided everything we needed that day for fishing including bottled water. My only recommendation is to bring a cooler and ice for what you catch, some snacks and sunscreen. We also brought a rain jacket that we ended up needing for a bout 5 min, but the rain was welcome and it was still a hot and enjoyable day.
