I do not recommend this establishment what so ever. We took our iPad to have the broken screen repaired. Easy fix. It took them 3 weeks to replace the screen and there was zero communication on their part for that duration of time. Once we finally got our iPad back all seemed well until we went to use it and the rotation feature was no longer operable so they took it back and spent another week and a half replacing the screen again. The iPad is still broken. They fixed the screen but cancelled that out when it was returned to us with a new issue. They refused to provide us with any compensation or offer of other ideas that may fix the issue rather than continuously replacing the screen. Terrible customer service and no communication, if you want to be given the run around when things don’t get fixed properly then go here. I suggest taking Apple Products to the Apple Store. I have learned my lesson. Go elsewhere this place is not deserving of your hard earned dollars.

These guys were great. Went in with cracked screen on iPhone 6 and they replaced in less than 30 minutes.

I have been coming here to see Jahd for three years now and he is always taking care of everyone of my needs when it comes to phone service ! I have sent dozens of people to them because they do such great work and at a fair price. I came to the mall to get my phone fixed and was turned away by another company because they where «too busy» but yet both employees where on their phones walking around talking on them. I was leaving when I came across AZ Wireless I saw they did repairs and walked in. There was a line but when I walked in immediately was greeted and told they would be with me shortly, they fixed my phone in 15 – 20 mins and had me on my way. I am highly recommending them, they where professional fun and willing to share their knowledge. I will be back for any of my apples products that need fixing! Thank you guys!

Going by the reviews I saw here on Unilocal,I decided this was the place for me.
I had dropped my iPhone 6 Plus on the blacktop, and the screen shattered. Since I didn’t want to wait for a replacement thru my insurance, I decided to go locally, hence, I came across AZ Wireless. After reading the reviews, and with a hint of desperation, I went to them to have the screen replaced. It didn’t take very long, and for $ 145, I thought it was worth the premium of same day service.
The repair was fine, but what had happened, was the Touch ID no longer worked. So that means no Apple Pay, no fingerprint recognition whatsoever. Not thinking that this was related, I looked online for a solution. It turns out that sometimes a screen replacement could bring about a disabling of the Touch ID, for one reason or another. Most likely, it can be because of damage to the inside connections.
One solution is to do a factory reset, which I attempted to do. About half way thru, iTunes tells me it cannot restore or reset the phone. A second option was to see for myself if everything was connected inside. From here, the fault is mine. I opened it up, cleaned the connectors, and made sure they were all connected. Now, I have a jumbled screen, which if any kid from the 80’s who tried to watch HBO or Showtime when they were scrambled on TV, will know what I now saw on my phone screen.
Naturally, I would have gone back to AZ for more help, but at the bottom of the receipt is said
«aZ wireless is not liable for damage that can occur during hardware repair.»
Rather convenient for them, and not for me.
Without recourse, my only option was to go thru my insurance twice, first for the screen repair, since they reimburse the cost mins deductible, and again for the bricked iPhone. So lesson learned: Granted, AZ does good work, based upon the reviews of others, but take it from me: go to them at your own risk. Why get one problem fixed, just to have something else go wrong that they, in the end, will «not liable for»?

seriously, jad and his wife sara go above and beyond for their costumers. i had shattered my screen and went in for a replacement. It got fixed within 45 min and i was so happy about it, i left the store with the biggest smile, then i notice my finger print wasnt reading so i went back and he told me to go back the day he would go in. When i went back he tried restoring it and my fone just completely shut down, it just wouldnt turn on whatsoever! i was upset bc now a days we depend on our fones for everything and anything. I left it over night then afew days passed and he couldnt figured it out so he hand me replacement fone till mine would get fix. there was no way but for him to go to the apple store and deal with it. Him being so busy couldnt do it so he asked his lovely wife to take it where she had to. She did everything she could for me to have a fone by the end of the day, and she did. I’m not gonna lie, at first I was so frustrated and irritated with the service since I didn’t have my phone and I was waiting for important calls, but seeing how they both went through everything to try and get me my phone back changed my mentality. I’m seriously very pleased with the service and proud to say that they’ll do anything for their costumes. So patient and so kind, they’re amazing! Thanks mother! Lol

Just got my daughters screen fixed in 20 min! The guy was super nice. The other place in the mall wanted to take the phone for 6 plus hours. AZ did it right then and there and like I said, in only 20 min! and they were cheaper. Thanks!
P. S. the offer your second repair with in a year at a lower price and your third at an even lower. Not that want that to happen, but just in case.

Went there, got my new iPhone 6 fixed, the service was super fast, great customer service, and they were so friendly.
My phone is brand new again, thanx Az Wireless.

Super nice! The wait time to fix my shattered screen was longer than expected, but he apologized for the inconvenience and, seeing my trashed phone case, gave me a brand new one for free! I’ll definitely be coming back

I took my son’s phone Iphone4 with a shattered screen, within 30 minutes it was fixed. The cost was way less than Bumblebee. Jack and his assistant maria were fantastic to work with, and also discounted a case as well.
I will definitely go back if I have any other phone issues.

Super helpful! We had been trying for weeks to figure out how to switch from Sprint to a provider that had better towers up by our house in the mountains. Wal-​mart was no help and all the message boards online were contradictory and confusing. They set us up with red pocket and we are more than happy with the service up here. We’ll definitely be back anytime we have cell phone issues.

broke my galxy s3 screen and a friend of mine told me about Az wireless went in there spoke to jack who gave me a much better price tham the last place i went and i was able to pick it up the same day fixed and like new. thanks Jack and AZ wireless i will be recommending all my family and friends!!!
