This branch has made enormous leaps and bounds in all areas. I used to dread having to rent a car from here… but over the past 2 years… it’s become so much better. In fact, it’s go to rental place. The autos are clean, the staff is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Never waiting around, willing to drive me home. Keep up the good work!!!

Needed a rental while my car was being repaired at a local body shop. Quick and courteous pick-​up and no-​hassle getting my car. Excellent Customer Service which is why I love Enterprise Car Rental.

I rented a car from this location for 3 months while on vacation this winter in the area, and I want to commend this facility on its top notch customer service. Everyone I interacted with at this location was so friendly and professional. The rates at this location were fabulous and I was even very happy with the manner in which my damage claim was handled when my rented vehicle suffered a hit and run. A special shout out to David, a manager there, who sets the bar very high for every other Enterprise location! I’ll be back next year.

Why would ANYONE use Enterprise, let alone this location.
Rented with them several times and each time is problematic. Each time, more disastrous than the next.
Made (a) reservation weeks ago; arrive today and… viola, NO car. The location is smelly, dingy and gross (yes, more than the usual rental car-​kind-​of-​gross). The «kids» working there were rude, mumble instead of speak, and when they do enunciate, and some form of english exits their mouths, it’s truncated and wildly unhelpful.
But I digress; upon arrival — they had NO cars, despite my reservation. «You’ll have to wait for an hour or more and we can’t guarantee you’ll get a car.» Huh? Say what? So, you’d like me to sit in your stinky, super-​dingy location indefinitely — while you chit-​chat about your dates, the Super Bowl, how much you bench-​press and the type of Walgreens-​purchased body spray you’re using to attract girls? Uh, no thanks!
Called HQ — even more useless!!! Can’t find my reservation, then find it, under a misspelled name. Then — they won’t honor my original price!!! Oh, but… ‘you can upgrade if you would like.’ Yes, Enterprise would like to stick you with a $ 400 increase! Oh, yes, please, Enterprise, I’d very much like to be taken advantage off (read: ripped off) — and hey, I’m just stupid enough to LET YOU get away with that!
Spoke with RHO (employee ID e883qm) their «supposed» manager of «escalation» who also did not care ONE IOTA about this customer. That begs the question, why put someone like RHO in charge of ANYTHING if she 1. cannot be polite 2. has NO authority WHATSOVER to make any decisions outside of towing a company line 3. obviously does not care at all about customer satisfaction
Really, what a total loser of a company. Big-​time transparent bait and switch tactics.
If Enterprise were the LAST rental car company on the planet, I’d rather walk then give them my business again. DONE and done!

Needed a car for the weekend. I had received an earlier eMail offer for a free upgrade, so I took advantage of it. Home pickup and dropoff was a great feature. The car was very clean and was perfect for what I needed. Service staff was very polite and professional. I will use this service again. And, recommend this location to others.

I have rented several times from this Enterprise. I travel to Portland, OR once a month for the last three years and rent a car there. Enterprise on Varner has fantastic customer services and fantastic prices. Plus they pick you up and drop you off! I will definitely recommend renting from them!

Fabulous customer service on the parts of Parker and Keith. These 2 young men took the time to put us in several rentals over the past few months while our cars were being repaired. Called Enterprise national 800 number and reserved a car for immediate pickup. The national operator confirmed availability and sent me an immediate e-​mail with my confirmation number. Went to this location and to my TOTAL DISBELIEF was informed «We don’t issue vehicles after 3:00pm». At the time it was 3:17pm. Drove two miles to the local Avis location and was treated at the other end of the spectrum. Better price, bigger vehicle but above all a friendly attitude. I have rented from Enterprise many times in the past. NEVER AGAIN!

I got a rental from this facility, with the help of Scott; however the next morning my tire was flat and I was going to lose business if not fixed ASAP.
Scott stepped up to the plate and got me to the Enterprise in Cathedral City, switched out my car and I went on my way.
That little bit of extra help really made a difference in my day.
