Winchell’s

This store gets 5 stars for customer service. I totally recommend their bagel sandwiches and donut holes. I commend the staff for totally taking care of me. Their card machine was broken and I did not have cash on me. They were awesome with how they handled my order.

I am having donuts as wedding favors at my wedding. I ordered some cellophane bags off of Amazon to put a donut in and tie a bow around it. The bags I received were kind of small so I went to wenchels to get a tester donut and see if it would fit. Anyways, I got there and saw they had a display of little donut holes in these perfect cellophane bags! So I asked the lady of there was any way I could buy some of the cellophane bags for my wedding. So she went and got me 100 of them and asked what I thought was fair. I said «10» and she was like «nah I’ll take 5». That was as much as what I paid on Amazon! It was so nice of her to do that and be so gracious to help me. The staff is super friendly and of course I love their donuts:)

We come here for their breakfast sandwich. I order the ham, egg and cheese on a croissant with Chipotle sauce. My husband gets the chorizo on an onion bagel. Both are made fresh upon order. It does take some time, but it’s worth it. And the wait isn’t that bad. They also have fresh squeezed orange juice, from real oranges. I know it’s funny to say that, but I’ve tried others and they always have to modify it somehow. Their orange juice here has real pulp and a real orange taste, without added water or sugar.

Always fully stocked with my favorites! The donuts are fluffy and hit the spot. Been there at various hours, even late in the AM. always fluffy fresh donuts! Also, 14 for $ 9 isn’t bad! Yum!

What good is a 24 hr donut store. When they don’t ever, yes I said ever, have donuts after the sun goes down. I have been there at 2pm, 5pm, 10pm and midnight. All I. Different days. They don’t have crap. Come on you know we want an assortment. You know we want g*d damn white cake, white frosting with rainbow sprinkles ALL day long. Seriously… Today they didn’t have cinnamon rolls or glaze. WTH! Can’t stand it. They didn’t even have the consolation prize of donut holes on the counter to buy.
I hate it! No stars for you.
Since there was no donuts for me.

I went in this morning with my kids, and my daughter loves jelly donuts so I ordered a dozen donuts of assortment and then we ordered three jellies will come to our dismay only one of the jelly donuts actually had jelly and the other two were just empty with no jelly!!! Never in my life would I think I would have ordered a jelly donut with no jelly! That’s like ordering a cheese Burger with no cheese…

Returned a Party Tray that was marked «Display Only» «Not for Sale» & it looked old & dirty & not edible… But this is what we were given for Christmas day… And we had made that order 24 hours prior… But the lady that was there on Christmas said that she was the only one there and just take this display… Didn’t notice that it was marked like that until we got it home… no donuts for Christmas :-(At least they refunded me for the donuts & gave a few donuts as consolation…

I’ve been here on several occasions. Personally, I dislike donuts. Kids love them! This location is always very clean (unlike the Indio location). Today we stopped in past 10am. I was expecting there to be a small selection since it was late morning. I was wrong. Their entire case was filled with fresh donuts. It was awesome. They also have the cutest bags of donut holes. Side note: they are open ²⁴⁄₇ and also serve breakfast sandwiches.

Saw the sign from the road, figured it’d be closed, turned around anyway, then that open 24 hour sign, yessss. Place very clean, nice staff, delicious donut.

MMMMM… 24 hour donuts!
