What the heck is wrong with you that you would jack up your prices to the point of a sit down restaraunt bill? These people are making a ton of money off of crappy service and high prices. 10 dollars for a combo is ridiculous. Especially when it used be near 7 not too long ago. You’ve become just like KFC. My boyfriend and I love our late night crave runs to Popeyes. We used to go there all the time but we will not be going there again.

The slogan should be «Louisiana SLOW». When it was my turn to order, it took them 10 minutes to get around to taking my order, I was told my order would take 10 minutes to get to me, after 20 minutes of waiting I went inside and said if you can’t get me my order please refund my money. To which the manager said it will take just as long to refund my money as it would to get me chicken. I replied to them and get me chicken so I can walk out the door. Long story short they refunded my money. Don’t go to this fast food restaurant unless you have enough time for your food to not be fast at all. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and got in my food quicker and enjoyed myself instead of sitting in my truck waiting for it.

Love Popeyes chicken and there food was great, service was friendly. But, the order was wrong they left out a piece of chicken on my order. I think it was because the print on the receipt was poor. I could nearly read it to see if the order was right and to do the survey. So recommend the food, but check your order before you leave.

Went thru drive thru the other night and made several large orders… minimal waiting. Good customer service. Good food. The drive thru ramp is around the back side and shares the pullup with another biz… but plenty of space to navigate.

I won’t ever, at all, be returning to this Popeyes. The service was absolutely horrible, they make you feel like you’re not welcome there and that you’re burdening them by ordering something. My wife had to wait almost 20 minutes for a freaking chicken po-boy and after we finally got it, the lady there just gave me the most disgusting look and it’s like really? I waited patiently for my food and that’s the response I get? Oh and let’s not forget, their prices are SO high. A 16 piece bucket of chicken is $ 37.99…yes $ 37.99. I will gladly, and happily take my business right down the street to KFC where at least I’m treated fairly for spending my hard earned money.

First time trying this place and it was on the way back to AZ from Cali! It was probably the most random stop we had but it was pretty yummy. Popcorn shrimp is excellent, popcorn chicken is great, it was all really crunchy. The cashier was pretty awesome. I admired how much of a lock he had on everyone with the orders. Totally el capitan. Wish i remembered his name.

Please staff stop yelling at each other about orders. Food is a actually pretty good but for the price the quantity falls short. But they were extremely busy so I am sure they can get by with whatever. Charging for tartar sauce is ridiculous. Paying $ 2.50 for red beans and rice which you might 3 bites out of it is CRAZY. Probably won’t be going back the value VS price is not worth the drive

Great chicken, amazing biscuits and awesome sweet tea! The only two things that I have to complain about are, unfortunately, big ones. There were a bunch of flies by the soda fountains and the staff seem to be unfamiliar with the products that they sell. My dad is allergic to pork products and they were unable to tell us for sure if certain products contained pork.

Bad service and behavior. The guy taking the order was obnoxious. When it came time to pay, I handed him my PayPal debit card. He automatically said«ID». I informed him it was a debit card. He stated they only take credit card. I showed him my ID. The issue is that another customer paid with credit card and was not required to show ID. I got news for you dude… I make more damn money in an hour than you do in a fxxxing pay period! You fit the profile of one that should be required to show ID!

I like the Popcorn Shrimp… It’s spicy & crispy. This time it was cooked a little less than crispy & it tasted great! TIP: They almost ALWAYS forget to give the Honey Sauce for the biscuit… even when the honey is specifically asked for… Make sure it’s in your bag before you leave cuz chances are 90% of the time, there’s No Honey in the bag. This trip they even forgot to put utensils in for the rice & beans… The service is decent… Food is tasty on a normal fast food level… I like the drive thru option as some days it’s too hot to get outta the car… plus sometimes it’s really warm inside the restaurant… I don’t know about you, but I don’t like sweating especially while eating. yuck… That’s why the drive thru is a great option…

Oh man. Popeyes. How on earth did I live without you for so long? Having spent the the last few years in a place where the two closest Popeyes locations were at a truck stop in Aurora, OR, and the other at a truck stop in Redding, CA, you learn to appreciate how good Popeyes is when you go to one of their actual restaurants. How sweet to tear into that wonderfully crispy, spicy fried chicken! It was ridiculously busy when we went even at the off-hour of 2:30pm, which meant that all of their product was turning oven and fresh out of the fryer. Score!

Came in for dinner during the week since I had a late lunch. It was busy and then realized it was Tuesday which is the special — all day 2 pcs dark for $ 1.25 While looking over the menu I saw the Jambalaya which sounded good — chicken, sausage and rice. For a another $ 2.00 I added a beverage along with a biscuit. Once I received my food the bowl was covered and when I opened it and took a bite — it was tasteless. The pieces of chicken and sausage were so small I could barely see the meat! After a few bites I took it back to the counter and asked the gal If I could exchange it for 2 pieces of chicken and a piece of corn. She when to the manager in the back and said no I ate to much of it. I was taken back BC for less then $ 2.75 which not even of half of what I paid for basically a bowl of rice with watered down tomato sauce he wouldn’t fix the issue. I ended up ordering 2 orders of the special of the day and trashed the Jambalaya. The chicken was good as usual which I would stick too in the future. I would never again order the Jambalaya from Popeyes again. Popeyes should be embarrassed to call that sad pathetic entrée Jambalaya!

What a rip off. I tried the new smoky garlic strip combo. $ 4.99 without the drink. Too salty and they advertise 4 strips but its really 2 cut in half. Rip off!!! I will not go back.
