It is a Wendy’s… So you get what you expect. I found the employees to be very nice…
But Unilocal is a scam… They are untrustworthy and have personal motivation for what gets posted and what does not… Did you know they are a competing with the business they review? That’s right they are now in the food delivery business. Scam scam scam! The people who work at Unilocal are the worst customer advocates ever and are just set serving!!! Boycot!

Was passing by and saw this place. Decided to grab a bite and it was very delicious. Though the services can need a little work.

Everything from a Dollar Menu to a Brioche Burger. Damn fine selection, fast service, strawberry tea and square burger patties. What more can you ask for, I mean, c’mon, really now?

I don’t know if folks were complaining or what, but the rudeness issue seems to be completely gone. The drive through staff are still very fast and efficient, but I don’t get the … grumpy-​ness factor anymore, if that makes sense! The ladies they have working the spot they take your orders is patient, and doesn’t cut you off to ask if you’re done anymore. Overall, very good change! :)

I went to this Wendy’s location last night at 9 when I got off of work I was so tired and all I wanted was to get something fast and warm to eat. I drove up to the drive through and ordered a chili with cheese, 10 piece spicy nuggets with fries, went up to the second window to pay. (I must add that I live literally across the street from this place). I got home opened up the chili and it was disgusting it was full of yellow cold fat I put my finger in the chili to see if warm and its was so cold almost as if it had been sitting in iced water. Like I mentioned I was hungry and had just got off work so I put the chili aside to eat the nuggets and OMG those were awful too so dry and cold the fries were cold almost if they had been fed topped or something. All in all I was really upset that I couldn’t eat anything that I paid for. So got into my car and went to subway instead.
Ps I called Wendy’s to tell them what had happened and they said they would have a manager get back to me and still nothing.

Been here a few times and always leave happy! The drive thru can get packed during lunch hours here, but the food makes it worth it.
Located off Country Club by the Washington intersection. Plenty of businesses around to attract customers. It’s always clean and ready to go.
Parking is a little tight and maneuvering through the drive thru can be difficult during peak hours!
I’ll continue to improve their rating every couple of times too

This Wendy’s usually get my orders right but not always at a carry out while shouting down the pipe while placing my order. Living 5 miles away it’s an inconvenience to go back. If you can’t understand a double cheeseburger comes with cheese then you have a problem. Also, at 7 o’clock at night and being the only customer at the moment both inside and out I don’t know what in the heck is their big hurry getting my order to me. Perhaps slowing down a bit and thinking about my order instead would sure help get my order correct. I too wish the food was a tad warmer but not dried out as I too have had with their advertisement that used to say their burgers were so moist You would half to take one bite then wipe your mouth take another bite and wipe your mouth. Believe me you will only need one napkin!
Will I eat there again? Yes. They are closer than any other fast food restaurant from my home. Come on fast food franchises… Huge need for GOOD restaurants at and around the corner of Washington and I-​10!

Awesome Wendy’s, conveniently located on Monterey right off the 10 freeway with lots of other stores including Costco and Walmart.
Very clean and relatively new. Good service to boot! Lobby is open late.

Came at 8:15pm and no one was in the restaurant and 1 person ahead in drive through. Made us wait in the parking lot for our food. After 10min I had to go into the restaurant to get our food and the lady didn’t even know what order was ours! Didn’t say sorry or even care. Will never go back!

Half the time I come here for a frosty, I get a frozen frosty… Yay!
UNFORTUNATELY, the other 50% of the times I’ve come here for a frosty, I get soupy frosty… Like they think a frosty is a Shake or something… So sad!

I hadn’t been to a Wendy’s since my college days. I’m glad I stopped by recently to renew my subscription to this burger joint. With the kids in tow, I ordered two kids meals consisting of your basic chicken nuggets (which were delicious), fries and drinks. And low and behold, the server includes two junior milkshakes as part of the deal! My first inclination was to say you gave me too many drinks but realized that the shakes are part of the meal. Bing bong, bang the gong! Kids loved it, my burger was tasty and we were on our way.

Good service from the employees, but 2 of my co-​workers got food poisoning on 2 occasions after eating here.

Like many people with jobs and kids, we do the fast-​food thing at least a couple of times a week. I never considered reviewing a fast food restaurant, but this Wendy’s is consistently accurate, and even with custom orders their drive through is probably the fastest in the desert, so it is my go-​to drive through when we are pressed for time.

Wasn’t aware that this location is NOT OPEN for breakfast. The door was open and we went inside only to be told (rather YELLED at) by an older Mexican guy employee, «GET OUT, CLOSED!!!» He repeated it several times, «CLOSED!!!»
I’ve been treated better at Wal-​Mart.

This Wendy’s has employees that have very good memory and recall your order if you are a regular. I always order custom sandwiches and they always know exactly how I like them. They add just enough syrup to the wild berry tea to give it enough flavor. They will also double the shot of wild berry if you ask. The point is they do not have any problems customizing your meal. Rare gem in the valley if you’re looking for great fast food.
