I was helped by a young woman who claimed to be the manager, I went in for a 12 volt battery and she said«We don’t have any» with a rude attitude also without even looking for one, and I asked where can I find one around the area and she didn’t listen and was just was on her phone the whole time. Then a young associate grabbed one from the shelf and handed it to me and politely asked me if that is the battery that I needed, it was then I told the young associate that he is the reason why radioshack is still in business(good costumer service) no thanks to the crummy manager there. Ive been to this radioshack countless of times and never seen that young woman before then, If you happen to go to this radioshack always ask the young men for advise or any question they seem to know what they’re are doing, at least more than the so called manager who is rude and unhelpful.

I am so glad this Radio Shack is not on their list of stores to be dumped(the one in the mall did make the list). The best thing about this store is I can find those hard to find electronics, like new batteries for my landline phone. Customer service here is always excellent.

I’m always amazed that Rat Shack still exists, and glad it does when I am in need. This is a handy location to score batteries and other electronic miscellany. Last time I was here I was pleased to be able to find replacement earplugs for my in-ear headphones. They had exactly what I needed at a decent price. Plenty of free parking in the lot. Please enjoy,
