Not impressed at all. The pizza was expensive which I could get passed but then for the customer service to be bad… No one there was smiling, and the pizza took forever to come out. The vibe was not friendly. Will not be coming back.

Was in the area for Christmas weekend and our host suggested this place for dinner one night. I love pizza so we went. The place was empty… I guess people get take out? But there was plenty of room for the 10 of us to sit. I ordered a small 10″ pepperoni pizza and my b/​f got a BBQ chicken bacon pizza so we could share both. It took awhile to get our food, in fact some in our group who ordered after us got theirs before us. But it was okay. The pizza was actually very good! I went in with low expectations, but zpizza did not disappoint. I was quite happy with our food, especially with some parmesan and oregano.

My wife and I ordered the Berkeley pizza with Marinera. When we opened it at home there was zero Marinera (unless they have a white version of this tomato based sauce). When we called they were less than accommodating. No offer to replace. Just a quick giggle and a Im sorry. We won’t be back.
I’m giving it 2 stars because there was a very short wait and the box the pizza came in was sturdy.

Sunday Aug.16 I ordered 2 extra large pizzas with free chicken wings from Zpizza in Plam desert.
I was the 4^th person to grab a slice of pizza when I saw a baby cockaroach run out of the box. Immediately I grabbed a paper towel and killed it. I tried to contact zpizza but they were already closed. I ordered after 8pm. The next morning I contacted management and she had me call the owner. Originally Pablo (the owner) told me I would have to return the uneaten pizzas to get a refund. I explained to him that I was there for work and I lived over an hour away. We had to throw the pizzas out.
(Why would I save food with a cockaroach in it over night?) He then told me 2 give him 2 days and he would refund my money once he got back to his office. 2 days later I called him and no answer. I called the pizza shop directly and was told by the manager that Pablo (the owner was not going to issue a refund. As a business owner why would you tell your customer one thing then ignore their calls and have your managers tell them the complete opposite? Bad customer service. They are making no attempt to rectify the problem or even apologize that my food had a roach in it. So basically, I just gave them $ 43 for pizza we had to throw away. I do not like dishonest business owners.
I would not recommend this place, not because the food was bad (because others actually ate theit slice & said it was good) but because they have poor customer service and a dishonest business !
Worst part is the people that ate the food have lupus which means a poor immune sytem.
We were all their doing a campaign for lupus awareness.
They could uave gotten very sick!
I am sure it is a good place to eat, until you find a roach in your pizza!

Great pizza with organic options! When eating at home this is a go-​to. Plus great discounts through emails. Favorites are sausage and mushroom, pear and Gorgonzola, and pepperoni and jalapeños. Very friendly deliveries always a pleasure.

This was by far one of the best vegan pizzas I ever had, the crust was crispy and the vegetables were perfect and vegan cheese was melted. The customer service was super, very helpful and with a big fat smile on their face!

The pizza here is absolute TO DIE FOR. It’s crisp, reasonably sliced, and not greasy! It’s perfectly priced for organic and delicious pizza!

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. Quality was amazing. Cheese was perfect. Pizzas weren’t greasy or too salty/​soggy. Would definitely order them again next time I’m in the area.

Great pizza, but delivery boy scammed me out of $ 5. I’m not mad about the money, I’m mad about the dishonesty. I was told over the phone that there is a $ 5 delivery fee which I agreed to but after looking over my receipt or says delivery fee $ 0.00. So what happened to that delivery fee I was told about? Went into his pocket… Pick up or dine in only… Or refuse the «delivery fee».
Update: After speaking to a manger about the situation she gave me every excuse in the book: I live more than 5 miles away (according to google maps it’s 3.8 miles), each driver gets to decide if they want to charge the fee (which never was on the receipt), they haven’t updated the computer system… This company employs thieves and dishonest people. After dealing with management I am changing my 3 stars to 1 star for such poor business practices and customer service.

I would give a give, but there was cheese in my yuppie sandwich that I made a note for no animal products in. :(
Otherwise both times I’ve ordered from here I was not disappointed. The vegan pizza is to die for and the yuppie was pretty good. I had requested them to draw a fox on my box, and they did! I will definitely be a returning customer, unless I end up with cheese on a animal product free request. That was a bummer, though I had a picky order. So I am very thankful for the work they put into it. My friends that are not vegan even loved the pizza. Just saying, it’s really good. Delivery was quicker than expected too. Bummer they have gotten had reviews recently, I adored there options. :)

Amazing pizza. Good service. Everything is fresh. Love it. I even tried their chicken salad which is really good as well. Very affordable as well.

Wow this place is bad… I had a small pizza and a salad. The pizza was undercooked almost raw. And the salad was brown and not edible. I would have called to let them know how bad the food was but it was well past nine when my food arrived and I was not going to try to get new food at that point. This food reminds me of a bad pizza joint you would find in a not so nice mall…

The Zpizza next to Jensens in P.D. used to be pretty good, though a bit expensive. It shut down and was closed. New ownership maybe 1 year ago (2013?), and since then the pizza is terrible– they have absolutely no idea how to cook a pizza. And because of lower customer volume, the overcooked pizzas sit in that rotating heater until they are dried out and tasteless. They charge the same for an uncooked pizza to go, as for a dine-​in cooked pizza. The per slice cost went way up, as did all their pizzas and other items, while the quality went way down. We won’t /don’t go there anymore. There are new and existing pizza places that are way better and charge less. Too bad. It was nice to run in and get a slice! :(

The previous visit was so bad, I didn’t think I’d ever go back, but we were nearby and hungry, so we thought we’d give it another try. I’m glad we did!
Customer service was terrific — helpful and friendly.
The pizzas were delicious. The GF pizzas come in either small or large. We ordered a chicken Caesar salad (no croutons), and two large gluten-​free pizzas. One was pepperoni and the other was sausage & mushrooms. The crust was cooked to perfection. The sizes were good, we took plenty home.
We’ll be back!

During the summer, this place changed owners.
The previous owners had fresh pizza and would make sure that nothing in the serving station was ever stale.
During my last and final visit, I was served a slice of cheese pizza that was pizza jerky.
The crust was tough and inedible. It had clearly been sitting there longer than a couple of hours. It was a candidate for use in ballistic vests and could have easily stopped a 9 mm round.
The other slice, was under cooked and tasted off.
The current staff has not a clue how to handle pizza from cooking to serving.
I even asked them to check their operations guide. Why waste another $ 5 when I can get better pizza at Wolfgang’s?
It was fun while it lasted.

The place recently re-​opened after being closed for weeks. We used to be afternoon regulars and really enjoyed the food and the friendly attitudes of the 2 brothers that ran it. They seemed to take pride in their work and kept the food fresh. We have eaten there 3 times since they re-​opened and are definitely disappointed. Pizza is now mediocre, new staff just «going through the motions” — lacking personality. The iced tea machine has been removed, only leaving the typical fountain drink selection. Box fans running in the dining area. are they not using the a/​c? Unfortunately Zpizza has lost it’s pizzazz… Will be seeking out a new favorite!

Update your website store hours #zpizza @zpizza. Drove 1 hour to zpizza and they weren’t open.

Best pizza I’ve had delivered in a while…
We ordered Z pizza at work today… it was my first time.
We had the Thai chicken pizza, pepperoni pizza, and California salad. The Thai pizza was very good, lots of flavor, and great ingredients. The Pepperoni, was delicious, and not half as greasy as most places.
The size of the pizzas were perfect, and I love that they deliver!
I liked that everything tasted very fresh, and was made with quality ingredients. I can’t wait to see what else they have up their sleeves…

I’ve eaten there a couple of times, and it’s good. The specials are a great deal. I got a slice of pizza and a salad. The salad was generous enough to share with my companion, and it was a delicious arugula salad. The pizza is fresh and tasty. Service was friendly. Not much else to say. If you’re in the area, it’s good food at a good price.
