Starbucks

Long wait times at this location, no matter what day of the week it is. Mornings are the worst waits. The staff is friendly, but a few times they’ve made mistakes on my orders.

I normally do not do do you Unilocal.But on this particular morning it’s A must. I go to the Starbucks every morning and when I say every morning I’m not exaggerating. I always do a phone order so when I get there it’s just ready waiting for me at the end of the counter. i’ve heard that the Starbucks employees are not very fond of this app but is very convenient for my life with having to be to work so early and have an eight-​month-​old and a 12-​year-​old. there always very welcoming and nice every single morning smiles on our faces polite and I don’t know how anyone can be like that so early in the morning, The entire staff always is! This is my favorite Starbucks by far because of the people that work there. Morning was a little different my app was not working on my phone so I did I call and order Stephanie answer who I see on a regular basis… I told her my situation she had no problem taking my order over the phone which I know they normally would not do… But when I got there it was ready and I walked in and walked out! These girls are great they all deserve a raise I am in the food and beverage industry, they are also plaza in the morning and seriously can make me in a better mood if I’m a little grumpy in the morning! Thank you Stephanie for breaking the rules and having my coffee ready for me this morning:)!

Started coming to this Starbucks a few months ago and have enjoyed every visit. Every barista that we have come into contact with is so nice. Many already know us by name and know our order which is amazing. I can tell there is a great staff Dynamic which helps to make this spot a great place to start our mornings. My husband has said many times how much he enjoys coming here and that its one of his favorite coffee houses.

I was in there this afternoon. LONG line, usually not a big deal. It took 20 minutes for me to get my coffee. Granted there were only two people working but they were the slowest employees I have ever seen. The barista didn’t understand the importance of multi-​tasking and just stood there watching milk froth or the blender churn instead of making the most of his time by starting another drink. Won’t be back.

This is the only Starbucks that the coffee sucks. My Husban and I come here everyday and the coffee is never the same, they always get the measurements wrong. I never have the exact same coffee, some days it’s good and some days it’s just plain sad. A simple ice coffee with cream and vanilla seems so difficult to get right. it’s either super sweet or it has no flavor at all. Too much ice or no ice at all. I know sometimes the staff is busy but cmon. The only reason we keep coming back it’s because it’s convenient for us since it’s so close to our home. Hope this helps maybe y’all start paying attention to the measurements to improve the quality of the coffee.

This is not the normal Starbucks experience. not as friendly, short with the customers, and some guy who is a retired veteran giving commands to customers

This location has a decent amount of chairs/​sofa seating compared to the La Quinta location on Hwy 111. The setting is more laid back and enjoyable with more table settings for 2 people where it’s perfect to get a cup of coffee and catch up with a friend. This place was virtually free of flies unlike the other location. This place seemed like they were making the drinks fairly fast and didn’t hear/​see any people complain about their drink order.

I used to go to this location all the time because it’s 2 minutes from my house, but since my work is now the opposite way, I’m not able to go here but only on my days off. Even if I haven’t been in for a month, they always remember my name and always remember my order. Big shout out to Stephanie (hope I’m spelling that right!) and Brandon because they’re always the first two to make me feel so welcomed. You two are incredible, and I go there for y’all :) thanks for everything!

I love this place I get my coffee early in the morning on my way to work Saturdays and Sundays nice people that work here

It’s a mixed bag. The punk rock chick behind the counter knows her job and is cool (big earrings). I asked for a hot Danish and they didn’t heat it so I asked them to do it, even though I know they were busy. The plus sized girl (may even be management) told me not to lean on her counter because she had to sanitize it. A simple smile and please gets people to respond in a nicer way and makes the customer feel good. Yes, you are in the customer service business. Act like it!

The most incompetent «baristas» I have ever seen. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and I waited over 15 minutes before one asked what I was waiting for. Apparently they were out of that sandwich and hadn’t bothered to tell me anything. When I asked for my money back they gave me attitude which I am not used to from Starbucks. I will make sure I just go to JUST JAVA ACROSS THE STREET!

She’s always consistent with her drinks, friendly and fast. The girl at the register today needs to learn how to smile rang me up and just stared at me awkwardly until I asked her if the payment processed.
Everyone else here rocks. One of the only starbucks in the area that has it together for the most part.

Opens on time and is pretty stern on not opening sooner no matter if people are waiting… could of easily do it but noooope haha
Anyways, this place is always on point with getting you what you want. Avoid the morning rush if you don’t like to wait! The staff is friendly.
Free wifi offered here and outdoor seating! Parking is very tight by the store, but they are next to a major parking lot if you don’t mind walking a couple of extra steps. You can use their Starbucks app to get your payment through fast!
Place is lacking a drive thru and ²⁴⁄₇ service! Also breaking their rule of opening up early too, from time to time haha

Nice people work here but managed poorly. One example: They are CONSISTENTLY sold out of the low cal breakfast items like the Turkey Bacon Sandwich. If a product consistently sells out a good manager would keep ordering more to find out where the line is of ordering too much vs. ordering enough to serve customers needs well.

Love this location, not only is it close to home, but they make my drinks RIGHT! if they are out, they tell me right away they don’t wait 15min. It was right around the corner of the house we stayed at during Week 1 Coachella. We pretty much made a trip there every morning or just before heading to the grounds.
Definitely got busy quickly. But they were pretty well staffed and the drinks were made in a timely manner. People were nice and wasn’t trying to rush us to get the line moving.
I appreciate that.

Best Starbucks I have ever been to. I visit them pretty much daily. They call me by my name and ask how things are going. They always get my drink right and work hard to get everyone’s drinks out fast. I really enjoy Desean, he is very friendly and seems to have a great attitude. I have only come into contact with one barista there that I did not like and I don’t know her name so I can’t say who she is but she is not pleasant. She wears her hair up in a bun and is a brunette and wears a white button up shirt. Not friendly at all. Otherwise awesome staff and awesome drinks! I too wish there was a drive thru but that won’t stop me from visiting everyday.

This is the store in the Albertsons /​CVS plaza on Washington Street. Parking is easy — you can either find a spot in front of Starbucks or park in Albertson’s lot.
Store 9745 is amazing. The staff here have a system, and it works. Because I was just curious, I timed my visit the first time I was here. I was in and out in my car in exactly 15 minutes — that was including reloading my gold card and waiting for my drinks! I’m very impressed because I knew they were super busy. They even got my drinks right.
Only thing I don’t like — no drive thru. That would have been so helpful because I stop by here often on my way to places.

I’ve been to many SBUX locations and this chain has been a model of consistency with their coffee, pastries, and other items. It’s hard to tell apart one location from another. However, I do notice that locations in bigger metropolitan areas, financial districts, and big cities are much more efficient in preparing their drinks. Locations in the suburbs for some reason are slower and more laid back but this should not be a surprise. At the end of the day, my Americano tastes the same from DTLA to Indio, CA.
