The blonde older lady at the front never pays attention or smiles. She is always there. I always get a venti iced green tea. She always leaves my order to sit in the line to be made by the same person who makes the regular coffee drinks and drive thru drinks… which is fine, but when no one is in line… just pour the green tea into the cup for me please, thank you. She is tolerable bc I just have to be patient and wait for my tea to pop out 6 mins later. But now there is a young short guy who sings in random bursts very loudly. It is irritating… sing or don’t sing but don’t scare the shit out of me by randomly yelling the same set of lyrics at random. Well, today the older lady starting singing too. Let’s just say, I waited outside in 110 degree weather for my coffee to be made so I could be in peace! Shout out to Jose/Jorge? for babysitting those two. He also got my coffee and tea out quickly.

First time here and won’t come back. Both drinks were wrong (wrong size and ingredients). When asked if my drink was correct, I got a stare from the female employee who took my drink back. She went over to her other employee and began to laugh with her for a few minutes. She dumped out my drink and made a new one which was better but still not right. She never said a word to me. Not the friendly Starbucks employees I’m used to. I don’t feel I’m a Starbucks snob, but the employees at the McDonald’s next door blew them out of the water professionally.

Usually this Starbucks is pretty fast and the workers are friendly. But today was a different story. We were ordering our drinks and breakfast and we asked if they have the little Bagel Bites that we have purchased at other Starbucks and we got a rude response with attitude of «I have no idea what you’re talking about» from Jacob. He could of just said no sorry we don’t have those. But no he had to be rude

I’m not too happy that whenever I order a Vente with six shots of espresso and half-and-half the cream is always about an inch and a half below why am I paying for a Vente when I should be paying for a grande! Not a good way to start my morning! This is the worst Starbucks because even when you order one of their drinks a Bentay is still not filled all the way to the top!

I frequent this Starbucks a lot. This particular location in general is a good experience. However, it all depends on who is working there that shift. This particular review is for the shift of Feb 11, after 5pm. Went through drive thru, everything was very rushed, even when giving me the drink. In general, the regular shifts (will write about next time) are pretty cool here. But just that one instance was annoying.

Whoever the jerk was with the tattoos on ²⁄₆ at 10:30am in the drive-thru absolutely ruined my day. Treated me and my fiancé like garbage. Wouldn’t tell me the total for our drinks after asking and laughed at us. I never thought a coffee shop could have the power to ruin a day.

Very bad service, and I was basically the only customer in the store. The employees weren’t attentive, and the older woman who was taking my order was ignoring me the entire time I was placing my order, forcing me to repeat myself several times. Of course the order ended up being wrong in the end, which led to the barista having to remake my order due to her coworkers incompetence.
I used to love this location, but the service is just becoming worse and worse.

They were horrible! I go to Starbucks regularly and the customer service here was terrible! I waited for almost 10 minutes while I got asked repeatedly what drinks I was waiting on. The quality of the drinks was good but the service was terrible and the wait was terrible.

The staff here is very friendly from the moment you walk through the door. Location is very clean. Diego is amazing! We are on a first name basis. I highly recommend this location.

I was very disappointed with this store. I made a point of giving my name (it is also printed on my shirt) and calling the bartender by his name. But my name was not used, just the drink’s name. This was true for everyone else. About 2:40p on Thur May 21^st. In addition the store wasn’t very clean, particular the men’s bathroom, which had toilet paper on the floor as well as black shoe marks and paper towels. Maybe just one bad day or bad shift, but it really affected this customer’s experience.

Walking service is great! Missy rocks! Haha… I was so shocked as I walked in the door & she called me by name & even knew the new drink I’ve been drinking recently… but I’ve been driving thru & haven’t seen her much… surprised I am! LOL… I really like her upbeat personality =) She’s too cute! Starbucks, I hope you can keep her… But then again, I think she’s gonna do more! It’s just inevitable… Ok… revise, Starbucks… pay her more to train the other people to crack a smile or be friendly… especially in the drive thru… A cheery environment is half the experience!
Ok… So, back to the coffee… I now LOVE the Soy Flat White… So glad I ventured out & tried it. =)
Mini-Update: My left handed barista Christian H is very fun & helpful! Haha… That could sound creepy… he’s not mine… but he was my barista today… HAHAHAHA

I have been to a lot of Starbucks’ in the desert and feel like I knockout a new review every week! This Starbucks has a drive-thru! Located off the freeway and not to far from a gas station! I’d recommend for people passing through.
The employees here and very patient with you and offer advice and tips to ordering. They took their service above and beyond at the drive-thru! I ordered off the secret menu so it’s nice to know that this staff is filled with experience.
The parking is great for people wanting to enjoy their indoor atmosphere or you can sit outside as well. Starbucks is known for having wifi and this one’s no different. Their drinks always come out correct and delicious.
Overall, I give max stars to this Starbucks because I can’t find anything wrong… YET! But I’m sure they will easily maintain this rating from me if they continue with this outstanding service!
