Great selection, competitive price, and a knowledgeable staff. What else do you need? IF you manage to stump the employee, they will look up the answer for you.

Decent products. GNC has better prices.
Always tell them I don’t want the receipt but the long haired employee always emails me one anyways. I have enough emails, one more is just a bit frustrating.
Got there straight from work 2 minutes after they closed and another employee laughed and said ya we’re closed.
Also, had to call the 800 number to get another card, they always ask for your phone number. Called and said it would be sent out and never got one.
Decent products, prices are not competitive, and the customer service overall is a hit or miss.
The taller Caucasian gentleman who is fit and had a beard is always helpful, knowledgable, and genuine. I appreciate his standard for customer service.

I’m in this chain about 3 times a year. As most store do, they ask if you are a rewards member. NO. Want to join NO!
Today this guy kept pushing it, told him I’m not interest. I don’t give my info out, oh your worried about breaches, no I don’t give my info out. But it will save you money, look dude, it’s not worth it.
I don’t want one, at this point I was starting to really get piss’t off majorly. Went off in the guy and left…

Got a Clay pack for a friend who has dark circles under his eyes, this clay if used with ACV (apple cider Vinegar) completely removes the dark circles and helps bring out a better complexion. Only costs around $ 5 and is lower priced if you order on their website.

I used to love this store it had amazing fit people as staff and they were sharing their knowledge without pushing the corporate agenda of selling the crap the corporation can make more margin on, they were honest and incredible knowledgeable about supplements and health.
They had me fully as client I stopped buying on line although they were a little more expensive the knowledge shared and the reassurance that I was buying the right supplement was priceless. Back then I would have given 5 full stars.
Now that staff has been replaced by out of shape moronic kids, that try to push whatever the company wants you to sell, and when they do, I look at them thinking «Obviously this supplement is not working on you».
When I tried to return a supplement that I felt it wasn’t working for me, they would not take it back and also the few times I would buy small items like protein bars, they will charge me for them but they conveniently avoid bagging them, nasty young thieves.
I would never step a foot on this store again! I wish I’d know where the previous staff is working now.

Prices are reasonable and they always have what I’m looking for.

Great staff and the supplements are the best prices you can find. Walk across the parking lot and go to GNC to pay twice the price for the same stuff.

They have a great variety of products and the staff are very educated in nutrition and fitness. The prices are also very reasonable to me. Way better than GNC, in my opinion.
