I gave it a 2 year break in hopes of so positive changes and was not happy. My entire order was fried pickles, loaded potato chips and the snack size of tradition wings, not difficult. I went in at 4pm to and empty restaurant and sat in the bad because it usually has the more professional staff. The waitress arrived quickly but knew nothing of the drinks but their names so we just got bud light. I ordered my wings to be fried and grilled for texture, which has never been a problem in the past when I was both an employee and customer. The pickles came out fine, but with no sauce that took a few minutes to arrive. The loaded chips came fine but are just bland. The wings did not come. She said it took extra time to grill, but I know better as it was empty in the business and I have made them in BWW as an employee before. When the other food and beer was gone and I asked for my check the wings came. They were hot and fresh but not grilled. The wings were kindly given to me but that didn’t rectify the fact that I now had to find a way to eat them on my way to work. Altogether these 3 small munchy items took us an 50 minutes to have from the moment we sat to when we got our check.

I have not used Unilocal much. Going to try to start. But surprisingly this restaurant had probably the best service in recent memory. Waiter was helpful, polite, good humor, and super nice to My mother who happen to be traveling with us. We also watched the game there too and service was A+ the entire time. Never ate in one of these locations before and found the food /drink good and very reasonable. Hope this helps.

Waited a good 25 – 30 minutes to be sat down, I understood there was a UFC fight but after everyone left they took forever to clean out the tables. me and my party saw empty tables and they still didn’t want to sit us down we were next on the list but just throwing us in the corner and ignoring us and not telling us the estimated time we will be sat down we would as and they would say they aren’t allowed to tell us the time… I like this place I enjoy the food i eat here on my lunch but when this place gets over-run they can’t handle it and is a just a giant cluster fuck get it together for the people that want ya damn food and good service.

Being our first visit we were looking forward to a great wing experience. But sadly that wasn’t the case. We walked in and the place was nearly empty yet it took over 10 minutes for someone to greet us. The restaurant has an odd setup. I guess the partitions are for showing different televised events in different areas. The girl who took our drink orders did not seem to understand what a pint was. When I asked about getting my beer in a pint glass she looked perplexed. Finally I just said to bring the beer in any glass. Food wise was a wing ding disappointment. I ordered the 1 pound wing set up with a cajun rub for $ 13.95. What I ended up getting were six average sized pieces with 1 carrot stick and 2 celery sticks. There was nothing spectacular about the wings, Average at best. My meal felt like an appetizer. My girlfriend got a chicken salad which was pretty good though. Lots of lettuce and various toppings. Service was decent, but in the end I left hungry and feeling disappointed. Not that I totally hated the experience but more like I know there are better places to spend my money. We probably wont be back.

I used to come here all the time and I really liked it. The only problem I had at the time was slow service, so I tried to give it one last chance. So a few friends and I walked into the main doors and as I looked up I saw a HUGE cockroach on the ceiling. We told the host and I’m assuming she didn’t want to kill it so she told one of the servers and all he said was«your leaving over small bug?!?» It wasn’t small! And it was a COCKROACH! It’s a shame we saw that roach. Very unsanitary and who knows what other bugs are in the kitchen

I ordered a Togo and when I walked in I had to yell because the music was so loud. It is Friday so the music is appropriate I guess. The food was good and correct. The reason for the loss in 2 stars was the wait and the fact that there was an off duty employee and another employee in uniform named«Sam» glued to her phone. I needed a drink but she was too busy on her phone. I also noticed two managers or supervisors walking by them twice and hey said nothing to the employee on the phone.

This is our favorite restaurant by far we have never been to a place that always has so many customers yet the food always comes out with perfect quality, and the servers always give perfect customer service kudos to management for getting the right people, keep up the good work guys best wings!!!

Really slow service and inconsiderate. So many open tables and many servers yet it took 35 min for us to get sat. No sense of urgency and hospitality. Honestly a shame to the restaurant chain. I’ve been to other BWW around the country and none of them are like this. Management or higher should ensure this location is up to nationwide standard

UHHH!!! Best service I’ve ever experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Came in from Chicago and had a wonderful time. All the managers are helpful and if you need something you can ask any server and they will be happy to help you! Great vibes.

Sloowwwwww & reallllllllllly LOUD. Last time to come here. Still waiting for my food and refill. Still waiting… Over 40 minutes since we ordered. The waiter has not been back. I’m just going to assume that they are way under staffed. They came.

I got invited here for a gathering and I already expected terrible service. Sure enough the staff here is the same as other locations I have been to. They must have the same training and it may be part of their culture at Buffalo Wild Wings. What keeps them in business is the fact that their wings are actually good and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, there are other places where the wings are better and the staff actually likes their guests. Some advice to their staff; if you don’t like to serve with a smile then don’t be in the service industry. It’s simple.

The Slooooooooooowest wait staff in town. Tables sit dirty for 10 to 20 minutes. Waitstaff disappear and delay your enjoyment of their awesome Wings. I truly love their wings but the service here is the WORSTE. Once the food comes or even the drinks, life is good. But waiting empty handed watching dirty tables sit empty and clean tables with no one sitting at them on a Thursday night at 745pm??? I saw wait staff leaving while 5 groups of people were told they would have to wait 20+ minutes. I counted 10 open tables and 6 dirty tables. 16 tables and no one can be seated??? I’ve been coming here for years and this is the norm. Sorry to say but your service needs some serious help.

Hear my words when I tell you that your chances of encountering the worst service that you’ve ever had in your life is very high at this BWW location. Consider yourself warned.

I usually like my Buffalo Wild Wings experience. But this location always has an issue. I was craving some wings and decided to place an order via phone. For a straight 20 minutes, the phone was just ringing, no one was picking up. It’s frustrating when you are calling a food business and no one answers their phone at all. I ended up going home and just ordering online instead. I will leave their website for another review that’s another issue. Arriving at the location, it smelled horrible in the lobby area, enough to turn my stomach and I wanted to cancel my order. Not sure, if no one noticed it or what exactly, but it was a horrendous smell. Walked in, picked up my order, and walked out. It seems that everyone has an attitude or at least that what’s I saw last night. If there was another location nearby, I would go, but this is the only one in the area. This was perhaps the«best» of the«worst» experiences I usually have when interacting here. Advice. Avoid nights, it gets super-rowdy here. People get rude and disrespectful. Order online, too bad they don’t deliver. If you have a sensitive nose, have someone else go in and pick up the food.

I have been to many BWW over the years and most of them have has way under staffed service. So I am used to waiting when I go there, especially for Happy Hour. My visit in Palm Desert was a pretty good one, service was not that bad even tho it was busy. Food came out hot and fresh. Good job to the staff there!

+Geez, did I go to the same Buffalo Wild Wings as everyone else? +Was service that bad or was I giving it a pass because our hostess/server was cute? +Second time I’ve been here for a late night wrap party. +I had a good experience both times. +We had the private room on the left when you walk in. +Sound doesn’t travel well in it. Could barely hear the guy sitting next to me. +Aforementioned hostess/server was attentive and thoughtful. +Food came out in a timely fashion. +There was one plate of wings that came out late that no one could remember ordering. I got to take it all home. Score! +One of the few places that opens late in the Palm Springs area. +I refuse to call them B-Dubs. Yes, I’m aware of the irony.

Worst service I ever received. First off, I ordered my food and expected to get the food I ordered. Instead, I get someone else’s food. After tasting and realizing the wings weren’t the right flavor, I told the server. He was so rude and grabbed them out of my hand and said«why did you eat it then?» I was so shocked! Then the other waiter came to tell me «I’m sorry he did that but really he’s a good guy». Ok, thanks but that doesn’t make me feel better. I felt humiliated. Never coming here again. So rude and Pizza Hut has the best wings! Their flavors are different and soooo good. These people are miserable, whether it be low wages, lack of tips(I wonder why?) and it shows. This place left a bad taste in my mouth. All my friends/family I shared this story w are turned off from this place. Losing customers one night at a time. Good job.

Ok so they probably have one of the best video set ups in the valley but what happened to the audio. Get a sound guy in there to at least get some atmosphere. Beers cold. Range is large but limited to pretty mainstream brews. Now the wings. Tough man tough. Why at what should be wing heaven do they come out like hard balls of fried batter. Crunchy ok but these are just sad. Still looking for a good sports bar in the valley.

BWW you are still our favorite! Extra Crispy with Extra Traditional Sauce on the side. Clay, our favorite Wing Connoisseur, the TV’s, the energy and stellar customer service are all a necessary part of the ULTIMATE wings experience. Thanks Clay at BWW — Palm Desert; your friendly demeanor and smile are so very welcoming.

In the middle of Palm Springs and Hard Rock Hotel does not have the Pac12 network for me to watch the Bruin football game. The valet pointed me in the direction of Buffalo Wild Wings. Little did I know it was way the heck out there in Palm Desert but no worries, the place was chill and the servers were super nice. Loved that they have big screens galore to go with their delish wings. Next time? Of course the next time the game is on Pac12 network but I will be going to one close to home since Verizon does not have Pac12 network either! Don’t get me started…
