Went to The Palms today to watch the 1st half of the AFC playoff game. What a great place. Good cold beer and a very reasonable price. Also had a burger and fries. Awesome flavor and again, very good price. Only downfall(for us), smoking is allowed. We will go back.

Good spot with a surprisingly lively lunchtime trivia scene. Food quality and selections have recently taken a turn for the better. Frequent staff turnover seems to be a thing of the past… current crew are pleasant and capable. As another reviewer indicated, it’s a bit of a dive… but a ‘nice’ dive.
