I had the same experience as Ron L. Called them last night and again this morning… no outgoing message, just a beep. Don’t know if they’re still in business. They haven’t returned my message.

10 AM on a weekday I called their phone number. No answer. The voicemail picks up and there is no outgoing message at all. Just a beep. This does not inspire a sense of confidence and trust. Maybe they’re out of business. Maybe they just don’t care. I called Sears.
