This was a quick pit stop on my way home from Palm Springs. The inside is small. Employees were working hard juggling the drive-​thru window and walk-​in customers. I ordered nachos with green sauce and french fries. Everything was hot and fresh.

It’s ok, workers are always upset or high they seem. Even the team leader seems to stand around and not to be helpful. Also took them forever to give me my order and I was the only one in the restaurant. Isn’t it a fast food restaurant?

The past few times I’ve been here my order has been screwed up and the the way they make the burritos, well let’s just say I might as well wear it. I’ve just tried to overlook it and say maybe it’s a one time mistake but no, tonight certainly proves it. I’ve never experienced such lack of customer service and totally disregard of quality assurance.

I have came here a few times. The first two I chalked up to it being a little busy but I still decided to go here third time. The gentlemen that was working was SO rude! After ordering a water with my meal I was told they don’t have cold water!!! Ummmm we just got a soda with ice but you can’t put ice in a cup with water??? And to add the topping on the cake the last two times our orders have been wrong. Ian not asking for much. Just a nice attitude and my order to be correct but this place clearly can’t do that.

The food is always good but I will only use the drive-​thru as this location appears to encourage transients to hang out in the restaurant and harass the patrons. A number of homeless people were taking up two booths, asking everyone for food and money, and restaurant staff did nothing. So, until they clean it up, I’m staying in my car and getting my crinkle fries to go.

One of the reasons I keep going back and referring friends and colleagues is because of Amber, a solid representation of customer service and dedication, displays aptitude in all variables especially multi tasking. I remain very Impressed.

I’m a Del Taco fan and on my last visit I had another bag coming and the drive through attendant ran out to my car to bet me my tacos. Thank you! It would of been a nasty mess at home. lol Love you guys!
