This small store on Palm Springs’ main drag should not be overlooked. Not only does it boast an eclectic selection of furniture, jewelry, and design/​home accessories, but the owners, Andre and Brigitte, and both personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Who could ask for anything more.

We were browsing the home furnishings stores along the main drag and found FMD to be an inviting place full of eclectic furniture, decorative pieces and jewelry. Best of all it’s proprietor was friendly and told of us her first artist reception party that very evening! So we checked it out and had a nice time, although the artist hadn’t come by the time we had to leave. It was nice to partake in a little bit of the local Palm Springs scene.
