My husband and I came to grounded Bodyworks for the first time. We were very happy that they took us in at 6pm, to fit my husbands work schedule. Automatically we were impressed! My husband had Ali and said she was perfect and strong, but not too rough, a great balance. He woke up feeling great and said it was the best massage he’s had! I had Meghan, who was lovely. She was very well balanced and really worked out my knots and tension in my shoulders, as well as my neck. She made me feel at home right away. It was definitely the best massage I’ve had as well. I felt relaxed from start to finish. Jen was lovely to speak to on the phone and the second we walked in the door, she made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed! We will definitely be returning to grounded Bodyworks. Great price and great services. Thank you ladies!

Rates six stars. The therapists are so friendly and so completely dedicated to the client ‘s satisfaction.
I took my niece for a graduation present (her first massage and facial) and she said she doesn’t know how she’s lived without it for so long. 90 minute bamboo treatment after her 30 minute facial and she is beaming (and smells great). Meghan was perfect for her massage.
Since I was there I took advantage of a 30 minute neck, shoulder and scalp treatment. Jen knows her stuff and was able to get into those knots. She gave me a lot of tips on what I need to do between treatments.
The facilities are comfortable and professional. The staff is so welcoming and friendly that I can’t imagine anyone not getting an awe inspiring treatment at Grounded.
Try it once and you’ll have to become a repeat client.

I was staying with friends at the Riviera Palm Springs Resort right across the street from Grounded Bodyworks. The resort has a spa that offers massages, but there is a significant convenience charge included. They begin at $ 210 for a 90-​minute massage plus an automatic 20% gratuity. We found Grounded Bodyworks on Unilocal and the friendly owner accommodated all 3 of us with appointments 2 mornings out at the same time. Two of us got hot stone massages (at $ 140 each) and one got a sports massage ($ 120) with a man (whose name I can’t remember), which she said was the best she’d ever had in her life. I got the hot stone with Meghan. I told her that I do CrossFit 4 days a week, so she made sure to get into my neck and back muscles where I needed the most work. It was 90-​minutes well-​spent in Palm Springs at a very reasonable cost and incredibly convenient.

My adult daughter, husband and I were visiting from out of state and we looked on Unilocal to find a good massage location.
We tried Grounded. My daughter had Gretchen who she said was fabulous! So when my husband flew in from a business China trip I thought he needed Gretchen also. I signed him up for a 90 minute massage!
He came out of the massage saying she was the BEST he had ever had. We will return to Grounded every year that we come to Palm Springs!
Jen, the owner, was so great. She felt like family. We all highly recommend Grounded.
Price was half of what we had seen from all the surrounding locations! Thank you Grounded for making our vacation so much better!!!

Just had a massage from Romie this morning. Best. Massage. Ever. He was so intuitive. Perfect blend of strength and sensitivity. If you’re looking for a really excellent masseur in Palm Springs, look no further. Jennifer, the owner, was so lovely. They’ve created an intoxicating vibe that I can’t wait to experience again very soon!

This is a hidden gem! My husband and I who both frequently get massages were blown away by the friendliness and skill of the people who work at Grounded. We stayed at a hotel nearby and I was a little weary of their overpriced spa there, I’m so glad I used my mindbody app and found them. Great prices and great service. call ahead because they do book up!!! Will return the next time we stay in Palm Springs!

Hands down one of the Best massages I’ve ever gotten. This is a hidden treasure in Palm Springs where there are many massage places to choose from and many are not worth the high resort prices.
Both myself and my wife had scheduled 2 different massages during one of our final days on vacation in Palm Springs. I had Ali who was absolutely incredible. Both a good personality, and deep understanding of massage technique and knowledge to treat various muscle pains, etc. mostly in lower back area… and how to appropriately get the knots out. If i lived in Palm Springs i would be coming back here again. Left feeling great, totally relaxed and muscle aches/​pains relieved. This was truly a no-​frills place with great staff, awesome massages at an affordable price point. Meghan the owner was really pleasant and helpful as well. Thanks again.

Best. Massage. Ever! Found this place via Unilocal and was not disappointed in fact, my experience was even better than I had hoped and I like to hope for the best. Making the appointment was a friendly and delightful experience, I felt liked was speaking with a friend only to find that when I met Jennifer she was indeed a kindred spirit! My 90 min deep tissue with Ali was a well balanced massage between gentle and intense, she is a powerful masseuse and if I lived here she would absolutely be my go to! The time went by too fast but such is life! If you are looking for a healing and authentic massage executed by professionals in a lovely and simple space this is for you!

This place is an utter gem in the dessert! I frequently get massages, and I have to say this by far is one of the best, if not the best massage I have ever received. Ali was my therapist, She was awesome! She really cares and finds the root of the problem before curing your pain. I am going again before I leave because the service was so fabulous. The owner is super nice as well, she runs such a great, clean establishment. If your in the dessert, this is the place to get a massage over all the hotels. Trust me you will be happy!

I just moved to the desert and was well overdue for a massage. I was able to get in with Ali for 90 minutes yesterday. My whole experience from when I walked in the door to when I walked out was top notch. First of all, the location is perfect, slightly off the main drag, so it’s convenient but very quiet and private. The décor is soothing and I was able to melt right into the massage table as soon as I laid down. Ali worked out all my tight sore spots, while providing me with total relaxation. I’ve had many massages and this was one of the best. I highly recommend Ali. She’s very in tune with what her client’s needs are, and responds accordingly with the right amount of pressure and nurturing touch. Thanks Ali!

I usually only review restaurants but this experience was so positive that I was compelled to Unilocal.I was totally impressed with this massage studio. Ali was by far the best therapist I’ve had and the studio is clean, inviting and convenient. The rates are extremely reasonable and I will go here before The Parker or any of the other well known spas or studios. Best massage in Palm Springs — hands down.

We visited Palm Springs recently for my birthday and decided to give this place a try… so glad we did! Jenn was very accommodating with getting us in on a Saturday and treated us to a glass of wine when we got in since she knew it was my birthday. My husband and I both received hour long massages that left us super relaxed and happy for the rest of the weekend. Because of this experience we have decided to come back to Palm Springs in December to do the same thing.
Highly recommend coming here for a friendly & relaxing time!

Came in last Saturday with my GF, called ahead and booked 2 appts. day of. We were greeted by the owner, extremely welcoming, our therapists Rebecca & Meghan, we’re great. Deep tissue, Swedish me and GF felt awesome after.
This is not ritzy PS spa treatment, but a nice local massage boutique, that’s comfortable & affordable, and good quality

My wife and I were heading to Palm Springs for the wkd so I did some research on massage places. I’m glad I did & found this place. From the moment I got on the phone with Jennifer the owner I knew this was a good choice. She was very friendly and informative.
As soon as we walked in for our appointment Jennifer greeted us & was very welcoming. The facility is very clean & has nice décor. The massages we received by Rebecca and Ali were awesome. My wife & I felt relaxed the entire time. We really enjoyed the warm towels they used underneath our necks, never had that done before. When our massages were finished, Jennifer chatted with us for a while. We were extremely happy and plan on returning on our next trip to Palm Springs.

Had a girls weekend with my cousins recently and besides mimosas being in our agenda we were also hoping to get rubbed up while in Palm Springs. Our goal was to get a massage at the Riviera since we were staying there. However, everything we found was out a bit pricey. We opted for Bodyworks. I received an awesome massage by Meghan and for the half the price I would’ve paid at the hotel and it was just up the street. We actually just walked on over. I was happy with the decision and plan on going back whenever I’m in the area.

I forced my mother to get a massage since she has been going through a lot of anxiety… her last massage was over 20 years ago and found it unnecessary… WOW was she surprised when this incredible therapist (Megan) understood exactly what she needed. My mother even cried when she was done with the therapy because she has been so displeased with other doctors… she believes that Megan is a true healer in every sense of the word!
My thereapist (Rebecca) …DO NOT be deceived by her size, she is very powerful and effective. We would both recommend GROUNDED BODYWORKS …
They are definitely the best… must try!
