Jack in the Box

Service was excellent: very friendly and professional, she even brought customer’s food out to the table on a nicely set tray. Store was cool, very clean and no flies thanks to the strong air curtains at the entrance doors. A very nice overall fast food experience. PS: food was fresh, hot and delicious. Thank you for having well trained staff and a professionally managed location! 5 stars. =-)

I came here about a year ago. The tacos were so bad I decided not to come back. Well, I had an emergency hunger with no food in the house and stopped in… the tacos are still BAD! They looked like they had sat around for a few hours… lettuce looked old… the tacos were cold and soggy. I did drive thru so there was no returning them now. Never again!

Well, they screwed up my order, ended up taking my order to go since there was like two families with screaming kids running around and yelling. All I wanted to do is eat a burger and sit and relax. Ended up going home with the wrong order. Dont know if I’ll stopping by this Jack again. Meh…

Ordered a breakfast jack and the cooks got the egg shells in my meal horrible cook how bad is that

You know why this place gets five stars? Because for some reason, most fast food places are closed by 2am in Palm Springs, as the bars get out, which is just foolishness incarnate. Carl’s Jr., whose website says they’re open until 2am, was closed and dark at 1:45am.
This JITB gets five stars for being there when I needed them, with a belly full of booze, a craving for greasy fast food, and a need to power through the next hour until the hot tub back at the resort filled with young men with lessened inhibitions and low self-​esteem.
Perhaps I’ve said too much…

Jack in the Box tacos have been a «comfort food» of mine for more years than I can remember. Sure they are greasy, the tomatoes (if any) and the lettuce is never fresh and the cheese is just a slice of everyday American sandwich cheese. But I love them :) and will eat up to 6 sometimes when the craving hits.
I love the variety of decently priced food. Anytime day or night I can find something to satisfy my taste buds. And no matter what i get the consistency with flavor is never disappointing.
I am often disappointed that I have really liked something new they have added to the menu, and the next time I go for it, its gone :(
But all in all it is what it is A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, and one of my favorites.
btw I forgot to mention that they give a SENIOR DISCOUNT LOVIN’ IT EVEN MORE

The mozzarella sticks weren’t good, neither was the sauce. The Jumbo Jack was good though, as were the curly fries. My husband had the ultimate cheeseburger and regular fries, he liked them too.
