Over the period of 7 days I went in to purchase a 6 pack of orange/​vanilla bars. All 3 times they were a different price. First time they were $ 6.99 a box plus tax, second time they were $ 7.49 plus tax, and today, $ 7.99 plus tax. I told the kid behind counter and he was not smart enough to comprehend what I was telling him. My guess is, the employees are over charging and keeping the extra money. Beware folks. I have also had numerous problems with smart mouthed kids working there and not knowing how to make what you ordered right. Stay away from this place

Staff always seems like they are miserable just standing at the counter. Our most recent visit we got the grasshopper blizzard and the cbrownie cookie dough blizzard. Guy blended whip cream into the grasshoper, so there was no mint flavor. Used chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla, which completely changes it. No matter who is working here, I always regret going to this location. Drive the extra 5 min to the Cathedral city one!

Service was sad! She made my shake it was dropping all over counter and cup, I had to ask for a clean lid. The blizzards are not what they use to be, hardly any recess small amount of wet running ice cream… real bad on all counts, also the temperature inside is so hot, they don’t use air!

The customer service is good, the two young ladies that helped us are very sweet and efficient. However, the owner does not care enough about his business. We’ve been coming here for 2 years now, there has been no chocolate ice cream the whole 2 years we’ve been here. First they were waiting on the ice cream, then the wrong part for the machine came in, and now I guess they have the ice cream but the machine keeps breaking. Why can’t the owner buy a new machine?

The staff is terrific. The ice cream I’d delicious. Great customer service with a smile. But the facility needs some TLC. The credit machine is broken. The freezer in the sitting area is broken. It’s so sad looking. I hope they can make improvements soon.

The employees were nice but both the vanilla and chocolate ice cream was not cold enough. They then ran out of vanilla ice cream! They had to serve the dipped cones in paper cups because they were so drippy. They gave my friend a substitution for the same cost because they couldn’t make what he ordered originally. Their freezer seemed pretty devoid of ice cream cakes or much else; that could mean one of two things — either they are so popular that they sold out very fast (and it’s been very hot out here lately so it would make sense) or they just haven’t had the merchandise in stock (also likely.)

Very disappointed with my soft serve. It was icy not soft:(I just want the cremiest soft icecream and this DQ could not deliver that. I am very upset:(Not worth the calories! My husbands blizzard was just as bad. Staff was good, product not so good.

A sad little semi-​DQ in a strip mall. Two major deficiencies: (a) no drive-​through, and (b) no hot food to speak of, except for a couple combos involving hot dogs or «bbq beef», both of which they can put in a microwave. No grill. Almost all of the entire DQ hot food menu is not available at this location. So, if you want some ice cream or a Blizzard, and don’t care that you have to park in the strip mall parking lot, walk to the DQ, get your Blizzard, and by the time you get back to your car, it’s already half-​melted, then this is your place. As for me, I find it pretty useless.

1 star only because I can’t give you 0 stars. I have been trying to get a chocolate ice cream blizzard for over a year at this location. At first I was told the machine was broken. The franchise was sold and I was told they ordered the wrong part. I just stopped in there tonight they still don’t have chocolate ice cream. The correct part was supposedly ordered over 2 months ago. Get it together people. It’s been over a year when will this location get chocolate ice cream. I’m tired of stopping in to Dairy Queen only to walk across the parking lot to McDonalds. You’re losing business people. Also tonight I made a complaint with Dairy Queen corporate offices.

I had my first ever Blizzard here last week. I had to come back for more today. The mint oreo blizzard is to die for. Light an refreshing plus the cookies stayed crispy til the bottom of the cup.
The girls working there were very attentive and friendly. They get two thumbs up.

This place is awesome! I just had the best customer service and the best orange Julius in the longest time.
I forgot they even made them until recently I was in another state and I actually drank one. I was going to my local grocery store, it was hot (112 degrees) and I said let me get a sundae. Only to find out dairy queen is also orange julius!
SCORE!!! now on to the service…
They were so sweet (just like my sundae) and sisters that worked there making the entire place happy with their drinks and orders. Way to go Kelsey and your sister, you guys are truly awesome hard workers and you made this customer very happy.
One cool tip, they have a frozen ice cream section that the special was soft ice cream in the freezer 2 for 5.99

Let’s keep it real — it’s a Dairy Queen and we come here for the ice cream. And the ice cream is always great! The reason this Dairy Queen gets 5 stars is because of the service. The second we walked in we were greeted with a hello and the girls at the front counter were very helpful, friendly, and offered suggestions.
As we enjoyed our ice cream in the lobby sitting area a large group walked in. I noticed the girls behind the front counter were very helpful, courteous, and patient with this group. This group took forever to make up their minds.
Busy store on a hot summer night and ran very well. Plenty of free parking in front.

NO CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM.
Usually I let it slide because I’m in areas that are on the cooler side, but come on! Palm Springs is known for being hot all year round. At least offer two ice cream flavors.
Very disappointed and I hope this reaches the owner. BUY SOME CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM FOR THE STORE!!!

This place was a such a waste of time and money. DQ is supposed to be known for their Blizzards, but the girl here couldn’t even make one. Geez, the machine does all the work for you and she still couldn’t manage to make it correctly. I basically got a cup of vanilla ice cream with tiny scraps of Butterfinger at the top that wasn’t even mixed. My boyfriend’s sister ordered a mocha latte (which they «forgot to make») and when she finally got it, it that tasted like old chocolate syrup with no coffee flavor at all.
I 100% regret spending time and money at this place. They can’t make anything right — don’t come here.
