Great staff!!! Always very friendly and remembers my usual sandwich. They are very fast so don’t get intimated with the long line. It’s quick and very reasonable price for the sandwiches.

Worst costumer service out of any subway I have ever been to! The ladies were all rude, could hardly speak english and talked so quietly that you can hardly hear what they are asking you! I would avoid this one and go to the subway on sunrise and ramon! WAYY better there!

i am very upset at this store. I went in and ordered a 6″ oven roasted chicken sandwich after seeing a commercial advertising the April $ 3.00 special the night before. When I got to the register the cashier rung it up at the regular price. I explained that I had seen a commercial the night before. She said, «no you didn’t» well, unless she could read minds, I don’t believe she knows what I saw or didn’t see. In front of the entire line she sat there and argued with me. I paid for the sandwich and left. I went back to my office and pulled up their web site. I printed out the ad. I returned after work to the location where a new crew was working and explained what happened. I showed him the add from their website and they still refused me. I must say this infuriates me to the point of reporting this to the better business bureau. I believe its called false advertising. I will be in the store tomorrow to speak to the manager and inform her how her crew behaves to its loyal customers. I have been going to that store 2 – 3 times a week for lunch. Not any more. On my first visit the lady that helped me was sooooo nice and sweet even though it was close to closing time, which by the way is 11pm. I went again during the day no Hello! Welcome to Subway! nothing, the guy behind the counter at first seemed alright but that changed real quick. I had ordered a tuna sandwich and wanted it toasted… i couldn’t even get that request in because after he spread the tuna he slid my sandwich down to the vegetable line, uhhh lil homie you skipped a step i had to guide him back, seriously like those airport traffic employees with my finger to where the cheese was. I said«whoa, i want cheese on that and i would like it toasted too» he replies«ohhh» in a that deep voice only used by rude people. Whatever, that there didn’t anger me but made it seem like he didn’t give a shit. When we get to the vegetables he was literally three steps ahead of me he started putting shit on there that i didn’t even ask for. I didn’t even say anything and this guy is piling shit on my sandwich as if he knew what was on my mind. He got so veggie happy its was unreal. Veggie section was finalized and the next step, or so i thought was the«salt, pepper, vinegar or oil» I will look inside for that nice lady next time i go, but while he is working i will definitely not be getting anything.
