This place on Vista Chino has only been open for a year. They are right next door to Auto Zone. We have been to Auto Zone twice and found their staff indifferent and they did not have what we needed. This last time wiper blades for a 2013 Honda. He had and wanted to sell us one. So we went next door to O Reily. They not only welcomed us, he gave us choices, we actually bought a more expensive one that we came for and he installed them. Awesome customer service from Matthew! O Reily is a great auto store! Unless you are a red neck, avoid Auto Zone as they are not nice.

Charlie C provided exceptional customer care today. I stop in to this shop when I have car needs and I am never disappointed! Very helpful and always willing to help.
As for today, my dad and I were in a hurry to get to the VA and Charlie helped me figure out how to get my poorly designed back light off. So is especially appreciated to have that exceptional customer service.

I went to autozone first and asked help for my car’s license plate because I need a screw for it and show him the license plate holder so he have an idea which size I need but he just look at it for a few seconds and asked me where I got it from and told me go back to them because it is a special screw that I need. I left and decided to stop by next door and do the same thing and thank God because there is guy name Jose Hernandez and helped me to find the screw I need and even put it on for me.

I went into this store today and bought a new battery for my suv. The price was competitive and battery was in stock. I asked them if they could install it and he did it with little wait time, and free of charge. When I offered him a tip, he flat out refused and told me it was against policy. I highly recommend this place. Great experience!
