The people at this location are very nice and service is always fast. But the new taste crafted menu — ugh. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with maple bacon dijon. The chicken had no chicken flavor, the bacon was substandard, and the maple dijon flavor was muddled and didn’t add much. The one leaf of lettuce was brown. It was possibly the worst chicken sandwich I’ve had except for phony chicken patty sandwiches like McChicken. And it was over $ 16 for two taste crafted sandwiches and two large fries — no drinks. In the future I’ll stick to breakfast.

I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich & my gosh it was the worst tasting thing I’ve ever had. I don’t know what was put on it but an orange looking spicy sauce that was bitter & ruined the whole thing, I had already driven too far away to return but never again…

For some reason, this particular store has the least fresh items. I ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich without tomatoes. I received one with a tomato and no mayo and crisp lettuce.
I went inside and explained I wanted no tomatoes with mayo and lettuce. I get another without tomato but now a wilted piece of soggy lettuce and hardly any mayo.

slowest drive thru ever. 11 minutes for a frappé and soda only. I was the third car in line. Maybe go inside and skip the drive thru.

I went to this McDonald’s to night to try the new butter milk chicken. And was told they didn’t have any and would not have any for two days !!! I thick McDonald’s have spent MILLIONS on T.V. adds and this McDonald’s doesn’t have any !!! NOT RIGHT !!! it seems like there is always some thing wrong with my order when I go to this McDonald !!! I ended up at Taco Bell tonight It was GREAT !!!

The drive thru was fast. The employees were super friendly. The new steakhouse burger was … well… just so-​so. The bun was kinda dense. The grilled mushrooms and onions were seemingly fresh — but some were tough as if the skin was still on them. The patty was really thin. The «cheese» was «melted» and flavorful. However, I’d rather eat the cheaper double cheese burger or filet of fish. Try at your own risk!

People were coming in from the drive-​through, angry at how long they were waiting… Demanding free coupons to compensate.

Disappointed in my last visit. Ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins, get home and I was charged for 3 sausage biscuits. First time I had that type of problem. Otherwise the staff is always friendly and my order is correct. It’s fast food. Things happen, just double check if you get a second. I will back.

This place was great. The only reason you could ever find me at a McDonald’s is when I’m craving some amazing soft served ice cream.
We went through the drive through and bought ice cream, but I forgot to mention that I also wanted some cups of water to go with them. I was asked to park outside the establishment and not wait at the drive-​thru in order to not cause traffic. Within seconds, a McDonald’s employee brought out 4 cups of water.
It may not seem like a big deal at all, but they were very friendly and helpful. I think at any other McDonald’s, they would have rejected my request or would have not cared about the delay I caused for the other customers.

It’s McDonalds so my standards aren’t too high. This morning when I went to the drive-​through for coffee though, the service was so friendly I felt compelled to leave a review. They are friendly and efficient today and I thought everyone should know.

I eat here once in a while its alright. I have given up with my special order burger,
NO ketchup at drive thru as each time I get home there’s ketchup on it. I’m allergic to ketchup, tomatoes and I don’t want to drive back. Go’s right in the trash.

Not bad for a McD’s. The drive-​thru is a little tricky to navigate. It pissed me off the other day at 10:32AM and they were only serving lunch. Really? At 10:32 in the friggin morning, you’re gonna force me to eat a burger? Sorry, but that time should be changed to 11AM. I suppose I shouldn’t blame this particular location, but this location is where they gave me the bad news, so this is where I’m bitching about it. I’ll complain to corporate if I get around to it. Meanwhile, it’s got decent, friendly folks working there and they get the orders right, hence the 4 stars.

Always check your order. When they miss something, you have to jump through hoops to get what they messed up. Like sitting in the drive thru line again during lunch rush only to then be told to park.
If it is there way of you seeing the manager and that the missing item is made fresh, they need to realize the rest of your meal has gone cold while trying to follow there instructions. Truly no common sense at this place. The management is trying to be friendly but it really just comes off as a hassle for the customer.

Drive thru is always long because Cabazon Outlet stays busy and there’s only McD’s and I think a CoCoa’s or something nearby.
I think I’ll just start eating at the gas station… I’m done coming here. Blah… my food is never hot
