There burgers are alright not better than in n out but a lot bigger and more expensive … There ok I enjoyed the grilled mushrooms on the burger.

I’m giving Five guys 5 stars. Shakes are OUTSTANDING! Free peanuts?.. Yes please. Service, knowledge and employee training has obviously paid off for this company. I really want to thank whoever made the decision to put a baby changing station in the men’s restroom. Every other corporate food chain seems to think only mothers wipe baby butts. Honestly In n out is a better burger but not by a whole lot. Five guys does food and business with passion obviously

For a burger that’s marginal at best, just barely above a McDonald’s burger, to have to wait for 35 minutes for these employees that clearly have the collective I.Q. Of a Popsicle stick to figure out how to make two simple burgers is maddening, I tell ya! Stop now and go elsewhere!

The best french fries in the world. Period. The end. Five stars. Unfortunately, the burgers are barely average, with wet mushy buns and boring ingredients. The Soda pop out of the high-tech machine was flat. The tables were all a mess. But those fries… oh my. I’ll go back just for those.

Everyone raves about this place and I have no idea why. They had two registers and one guy taking orders. I had ordered ahead, so while the morons ahead of me were staring up at the menu like they just landed here from Mars and said, «Ummmm, we’ll have the… no, wait. Make it the… Hang on, ummm…» for like 10 minutes, my food which I was wise enough to call in, was sitting there getting freezing cold. PLUS, they don’t make the fries until you arrive, so yet another 7 minute wait to get my fries once the Martians finally figured out how to order food. Sheesh, why did I order ahead again? To save time? Don’t bother! Just suck it up and sit there. It’s no time saver to wait for freaking fries while you burgers get cold. Dumbest thing ever. Besides, the food wasn’t even that good. Give me Tyler’s downtown or Fuddrucker’s in Ontario any day over this place. I gave it two stars for clean bathrooms.

I’ve never really been a big fan of 5 guys, but their burgers really have won me over. They are so much bigger and better tasting than in n out & you can do it any way you like! Put what you want on it! I love that. They have the coke machine that let’s me play with flavors and mix cherry zero/reg zero or diet dr pepper flavors. So much fun! Their lids on the chips were weak and broke every time I got a refill, that was rather annoying. Hubby loved having peanuts to munch on while waiting for burgers to be cooked. Fresh & hot! The place looks clean, for all the peanuts and stuff people are eating, you think there would be a huge mess on the floor, but they kept up with it. Def will be back.

For the price of this place, I will go to Red Robin. The burgers were ok but FULL of grease. The fries were cooked in old or burnt oil and were not good at all. It was pretty cool to have peanuts but combined together with everything else, way too much salt. The shakes were great. Probably wont be back

Great, Fresh food here. The only thing that would be better would be a drive thru! The app they have is great too. Place an order on the app and it is ready so soon! The(free) peanuts are awesome too :)

Had lunch here today, a few hours later sick as could be. Wont be going back to this location again. Ill stick to the La Quinta one instead. Never got sick after eating at that one. Fries were greasy and burger bun was rock hard.

Such hooplah about this outfit! OK, I guess, but really nothing special; certainly not worth $ 7. Not even close to the best burger I ever et at any price. The fries were pretty good, though. A place for 20 or 30 — somethings. They’re more into the surroundings and the name(these are located in many college towns, which explains their popularity with that bunch). Frankly, I’m more into better tasting food even if its found in a nameless greasy spoon. Doubt if I’ll be back. Can get pretty much exactly the same burger at Carl’s for less.

Great taste, but almost 12 dollars for a small cheeseburger, fries, and small drink. WTH? Not sure I like spending 12 bucks for it. Maybe they started paying their employees 15 an hour already?

First time here today, great taste so were fries. They need to have combos for price savings or locals discounts for frequent patrons. Was a bit disappointed they didn’t have trays to carry food to table. All is wrapped in paper bag which adds to our land fills not only that they wrap the hamburgers in foil which does not biodegrade and I know they r not washing those off and recycling them from the trash. Was a bit surprised to see this being so many places are trying to go green. Would I go back? Yes but may ask if they r able to put my sandwich in something else and no bag. Fun place though.

I ordered a burger and shake. I didn’t realize it would have two patties. Thank God I didn’t order fries. The service took a while. But then again it’s truly not fast food. It was well worth the wait. The meet was delicious, juicy, and the chocolate malt was thick and rich. Lots of flavor. I would definitely go back again.

I love this burger. I’m a burger and fry guy and I’m a California native. It hurts me to say this but Five Guys is better than In N Out. You can’t go wrong at Five Guys. The staff is great the food is awesome and the store is clean. I was happy when the shop opened in Palm Springs near my house

I’ve been here twice and both times my burger was waaaayyy too sloppy :( The first time I tried a veggie burger and it sucked! Seriously, DONOT get the veggie burger! I only took 2 bites and threw the rest away because it was nothing but soggy veggies and condiments. The bun on my veggie burger got so soggy that it was not edible. I decided to come back and give it another shot because I didn’t want to judge it based on a veggie burger and the second time around I ordered a cheeseburger which was good but still had too many condiments and it was so messy to eat. I don’t think I will be back. IN — N — OUT for life!!!

This Five Guys is the first in Southern California to have shakes! They are amazingly good and you can mix multiple flavors at no extra charge. They keep the line moving quick and are trained very well considering it’s the first day open. Friendly staff and food is fresh… but they seriously won me over with the shakes. Sorry, but they’re officially above in-in-out in my book now.
