Wow. I’m writing this review as I’m in the drive thru. The trend this week of a 13 minute drive thru wait just got beat by a 20 minute wait. I am very unhappy with the speed of service. I know it’s not fast food but I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for one coffee. Especially when it did not get made as I asked. It was a simple order. Get it together please. I pay $ 4 average per drink and tip on a regular basis. I don’t understand what’s going on, staff changes or a machine being down but no one should have to wait that long.

I used to love coming to this location. There have been a few new faces which aren’t over the top friendly but are ok. There is one girl that talks to you as if you were deaf, wish I knew her name but she always works in the morning. There are two, Will and Sharmaine, who are my absolute favorite. They go out of their way to make you smile and are pleasant to converse with. They don’t change their attitudes no matter how hectic it is. Thanks to them I return to that location.

wow. never waited so long before in a drive thru. should’ve just gone in. they definitely don’t have an efficient drive thru system. it took so long some people just drove away. come on starbucks… your menu isn’t that extensive that it needs to take 10 minutes per car.

I go to this location is a matter of convenience, but that may be coming to an end. The staff is either very good or very bad, depending on who is on. Many of the people taking orders appear disinterested in their jobs. Sometimes I wonder if they have a pulse. the way they go through the motions! Effective multi taskers they are not. If you order food or multiple items, it never comes out right. I am usually in a hurry early a.m. and it is annoying to watch these people so disengaged from their customers needs. They seem to fall apart after taking your order. This morning at 6:00 a. m they only had three customers and after my coffee came out, I stood at the counter for five minutes before someone gave me me a now cold breakfast sandwich. I would say I have to ask for additional service to get my food 50% of the time. I have run companies large and small and there is something called leadership and is not showing here. I don’t know who the manager is but he/she appear non existent. Note to management: Take some pride in teaching your employees better customer service skills and focus on efficient and timely service.

A bit delayed, but oh well. I used to come here EVERYDAY for a little over a year, because I had worked in the area. I’ve never even had a difficult situation at Starbucks, but this place makes me want to avoid all in general. I went in with my boyfriend whom wanted to get a hot coffee and head to White Water with the we reached the counter, there were two men standing there talking. took them 3MINUTES to acknowledge our existence, even though the store was empty. ordered the chestnut praline frapp, venti, decaf. Boyfriend ordered a HOT hazelnut latte, regular. I had too repeat my order 3 different times to the guy, before he had someone else assist him. The other man who helped him, started to ask us for the 4th time what we wanted. He said ‚“Go ahead.“ So as I did, he stopped me, three different times. When I received my drink, it was luke warm(maybe 120f?) … Not a frapp. I gave up. (Picture attached claiming it was indeed put down as a frapp)

Trenta Iced coffee with out sweetener or cream and I’m good! Came out just right! I added my few drops of cream and took a couple big gulps and had her top it off with ice. Worked perfect for me.

It’s nice that this Starbucks has been remodeled and expanded, since it was very tight before. It’s now got a nicer ambiance, but unfortunately not as nice as others. I made the mistake of going for a mocha right after high school let out. Trying to enjoy a drink and play cribbage on an iPad was difficult due to the grade school lunch room volume of noise. So avoid it after 3:00 pm. Or bring industrial earplugs.

Heads up, drive thru is packed from 7am to 9am during the season. Love hanging out here on computer and espressos. Ive been budgeting so have been making coffee at home :) Great team here and location.

Just so every barista on the planet understands this. Tea doesn’t taste better if it’s brewed at the temperature of the sun. Turn your hot water down! The cups are made with 10% post consumer recycled materials which is great, but your water/coffee is so hot you use two cups to aid in insulation then add a warming sleeve to keep my fingers from burning. That defeats the purpose of using recycled materials… Dumb

I cannot believe they left a milk lid in my latte! How could you miss that?! I am mortified. UPDATE: They did refund my drink and made me a new one when I came back to report what I found. So they get 3 stars instead of my initial 1 star rating. Going to Koffi from now on.
