Great service! Starts with a little edamame. The lemon salmon roll is on par! Also, the Nigori sake is delicious.

Best place to get your sushi and roll fix! Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. They normally have sports on their TVs. It gets pretty busy which is also a good sign they’re very good at they do! Will be coming back definitely, nearby my house as well makes it convenient!

Def my new favorite sushi place! It doesn’t have all you can eat, but the rolls are priced fairly $ 8 – 10 each and are very large and filling. The lobster hand roll and garlic edamame are my favorite. it’s usually pretty busy so get ready for a wait, but their service is prompt and good.

Yum yum yum. I don’t eat sushi but the rest of the family does. I get the box dinner which has the best tempura. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Can get very crowded to call ahead to see how busy they are. Best place in the AV!

I have been coming here since they have open never a bad meal. I started eating sushi in the 1970 before it was popular. This is one of the best over all

When I was here the service was a little slow. And there was only 3 other couples inside. I kinda felt tricked when I ordered the«Hawaiian ahi poke» roll …(About $ 8 from what I remember). My friend ordered the spicy tuna roll(about $ 5). When I got my food, it was literally just a spicy tuna roll(like what my friend got) with some green«plants“on top. So basically I almost paid 3 dollars more, just for the seaweed and it wasn’t poke like a Hawaiian ahi poke(cube shapes). Please don’t try to make something sounds special one it’s simply just a spicy tuna roll :(

I always went to big tuna out here until my uncle introduced me to Goldfish. Since then my husband and I prefer to come here over any other place in the AV. It’s great sushi for a good price not too expensive and definitely get the sushi experience.

Wanted sushi today so I went here and had some of the best sushi in the antelope valley. The fish was fresh and the sauces were perfect and spicey, it’s not very often everything comes together just perfect. Enjoyed my food will be back in the future.

The fish is so fresh and tasty. The sauces really make this place stand out as well as the super friendly staff. We always sit at the bar with Chiko. He takes much pride in presentation. We have never had a bad experience and we have been coming here since they opened every Wednesday! BYFARTHEBEST !!!

This place is pretty cool kinda small but the staff is nice, they treat you like family. Food was great took a while but overall excellent service, familiar chefs here I recognize from other sushi spots. We got pretty warm with the cucumber vodka it’s 15 bucks and well worth it enjoy!!!

I recently went to Gold Fish for the first time ever. Let me tell you, it definitely lived up to expectations. I’ve eaten at every establishment in the AV that offers sushi and my experience at Gold Fish was hands down, the best! The product was very fresh, cooked well and it’s presentation on the plate was spot on. I went on a Friday night expecting it to be packed and of course it was! That’s a sign all on its own that their product must be worth the wait. Someone might complain or give a lesser rating because Gold Fish does not offer an all you can eat option at the bar but, you can still enjoy yourself from a table with friends. The menu prices are competitive to anywhere else in the AV, but what other restaurants lack is the environment that Gold Fish had to offer compared to similar restaurants. The flare, the wait stuff, the location and the chefs make this restaurant a top option for Japanese cuisine and sushi in the AV.

Co-Workers Recommended This Place, First Time Eating Here. It Was A Weeknight Around 6pm. Not Packed At All. Great Looking Restaurant But Bad Service. Upon Ordering I Asked For No Sauce On My Sushi & Server Said«It Comes On It» With An Attitude. If A Customer Doesn’t Want Sauce Drizzled Over His/Her Sushi Then Customer Doesn’t Have To. They Forgot Our Extra Napkins, when Asked Again Was Given Attitude. Didn’t Have Certain Condiments That A Regular Sushi Place Would Have. All Bad. The Sushi Was Not Fresh At All, The Salmon Was Overcooked Dry. The Only Thing That Was Great Was The Bulgogi. If We Were To Come Back It Would Only Be For That. Still Looking For Good Sushi In AV

Once again I have found myself in Palmdale wanting sushi, and once again I have found myself at goldfish because there is no where else in the desert that I can enjoy my fish at! We came for lunch for my dad’s birthday and everyone seemed happy! 5 stars for there not being any better!

Everything was fresh, clean, and well presented. Didn’t have any of the rolls, but all of the sashimi was really up to par. The rice was perfectly chewy and held up to the demands of chopstick usage and soy sauce dipping. Didn’t taste any wasabi on the rice, which I actually prefer because I can always add my own. Gets busy, so be patient because the food is worth the wait. Service was under prepared for our particular busy night, but overall a good experience!

Food: Great portion sizes. I ordered the lunch bento box which is available from 11 – 3. It comes with rice, salad, miso soup, and your choice of two sides(I ordered a california roll and gyoza which came with a delicious sauce). Everything is about $ 9. I also had an order of the rainbow roll which tasted very fresh. Overall the quality is great for the price. Customer Service: Staff is friendly and attentive. As soon as we walked in we were seated to a table and the got the order down quickly. Look: They have a lot of christmas decorations up right now and lots of little fish/ocean themed things around. Bonus is that they have a tv and projection screen.

What happened to the sushi in this place? Even though the customer service sucks I still come here for some good sushi, but there was something not right. Its not AYCE so I expect better quality seafood and the salmon sushi we ordered was awful. and that was my favorite thing! The texture of the salmon was so rough, it was like chewing into a raw piece of chicken cutlet. It wasn’t like it was frozen still because it was even a little warm. Even when salmon is cooked its never that texture. Bummer!
