Service at this location and absolutely no one cares. If you complain the management will call you and try to deny everything. They may offer an apology to appease you, but ultimately nothing changes. Also, for some reason they don’t give customers receipts unless you ask. Make sure you verify your total and get a receipt if you go in spite of the bad (and honest) reviews.

Service is horrible and management doesn’t care. Been here 4 times now and this is the worst bojangles ever. The franchise should be surrendered. I will let corporate know to take a surprise visit at this location.

Quite possibly the worst service ever. Been coming here since it opened and have watched this place go down hill ever since. I can’t count how many times I’ve waited over 30 minutes for «fast» food or received the wrong order. Called corporate and they were kind enough to send me a $ 5 gift for my troubles which I sat in line for 35 minutes when I attempted to use that. If you’re adventurous and want to receive food that is completely different than what you ordered or like wasting time waiting on food, I highly recommend this place

Food is good the service is good and is quick. I think the dinning area is very clean no real complaint from me. The little cashier I had was an expectant mother and very good. I will eat there again.

I just got home from this store… the service was terrible. I went through the drive thru for a chicken tender combo and was told pull up and wait because the french fries were still cooking. 10 minutes later I was still waiting and others at the drive thru were getting their food and leaving. Finally, sent my granddaughter in to get order… I finally went in myself after waiting another several minutes. The manager kind of laughed when I stated my complaint to her about the unreasonable wait and said there was nothing she could do about that. The demeanor and attitude of this manager made it clear to me about why the service was so bad. My granddaughter will have to get her chicken tenders from the Dairy Queen that is next door from now on.

Looking for a quick breakfast bite near Palmetto, looked like Waffle Hse, McD’s, or Bojangles, so Boj it was. Only 1 other person in line and 2 cashiers, so ordered immediately. Got a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit with potato cakes and coffee. Inexpensive at $ 3.99. Food was on the tray by the time I dispensed my own coffee, so this place is fast. Dining area was clean, also. Solid 4 stars on the food, biscuit was flavorful and hot, potato cakes were like huge tater tots, but were good, and coffee was fine. Could have gone to 4.5 stars, but couldn’t round up to 5.

Fried chicken and biscuits? I’m game, especially for the biscuits. Bojangles is a fast food chain similar to Popeyes, but with less Cajun flavoring. We used to have these in NYC but they departed in the late 80’s. When I discovered there were a few in the metro area recently I was so excited. If you like a good piece of fried chicken with a biscuit visit Bojangles located in Norcross, Lawrenceville, Marietta, Acworth and Covington.
