The food I got at 11:30am was cold. Icy cold and disgusting. I have no idea how long it was sitting but it had been sitting a long time. Health department complaint here I come.

Unfortunately this is the only McDonald’s by my house or I’d go to another one. The manger is extremely rude, racist, and disrespectful. The other workers are always friendly but the manager is not. The service is so slow despite the staffs friendlyness except for the manager who is very unprofessional.

This was the worst McDonald’s experience of my life. I had to wait in the wait area for an unusually long time and still didn’t get all the food I ordered. The customer service is atrocious and totally unacceptable. I will never eat there again.

Service is terrible. My food was cold, fries were stale, and I’ve noticed that their health score has dropped which is disturbing. Employees are not the friendliest upon entering, nor when exiting. Service with a smile is not present.

I want to compliment the drive thru staff for improving its service in the last couple of weeks. I had begun to believe that the standard wait from placing my order until getting my food would always be between five and ten minutes; however, the last few weeks have seen an immense improvement. The lines at the drive thru are moving quickly.
In reference to a previous review, I have always found the staff very pleasant… Always ready with a smile. I have never been inside the restaurant; therefore, cannot comment on the appearance or cleanliness of the inside of the store.
