Quaint store and the manager, Gail is currently pregnant, so I was in the mood to buy gifts for tiny kids!

I have to first give a disclaimer that I have never actually purchased anything from this store. However, I stopped in to ask if I could borrow some hangers for a trunk show fundraiser for the Philippines, and Gail, the owner, without hesitation, said yes and grabbed me all the hangers I needed. I even had to go back for more a few weeks later, and she graciously lent me more! I am a fan of supporting small businesses, and those with kind and generous owners deserve our business even more, so please give Honeys and Heroes your business!

I like this store. Ultra cool, original stuff for the well dressed, stylish child and sturdy clothes for the rugged child, too. Found a wet suit for forty-something dollars, on sale. Sweet deal. They had some good looking shoes, but couldn’t find the right size. Nice addition to the shopping center.

UPDATEPOST: So that $ 25 dollar shirt I bought for my nephew just showed up in a care package from my sister for my now 4 year old. Looks as good as when I bought it. Money well spent! Not sure why the last poster had«snippy» service… The help I received there was great! Attentive but not over bearing. Even helped a rookie like me find the right size for a four year old.(Now I know what 4T means on the label). True, the clothes are definitely more expensive than Ross, but you get what you paid for! I bought a really unique T-shirt for my 4 year old nephew($ 24 I think), and while that isn’t cheap, the shirt is top quality, and he’s made it his all-time favorite. Probably requests to wear it at least 3 times a week, and it hasn’t fallen apart like the rest of his cheap clothes. I don’t get to Palo Alto all that often, but when I do, I always swing through honeys & heros. Keep up the good work!

High end shop for young hipsters from baby to YS sizes. Very nice collection of items for both girls and boys(get it? honeys and heros). Staff was extremely cheery and helpful. In the current economy, they probably don’t have a prayer of surviving though. I saw a girl’s top tie-dyed in pink and magenta with bling in the shape of Hello Kitty faces across the front for $ 49. Yawzah! I sheepishly complimented the item and said I needed to think about it as I purchased a winter jacket on sale for 50% off. I wish them the best and hope they can weather the storm to survive in the renovated Town and Country.

Very cute store for, «cool and modern» babies and kids. They were helpful when I came in the store and gave great gft suggestions, Although they didn’t have what I came in specifically, I would go back to shop.

I love the clothes here and they have my favorite shower gift for kids – little, soft, animal headed blankets. I am a bit biased because my niece does some modeling for them. The ruffled pants she wore for the ad were ridiculously adorable. The hip shoes here include vans for kids in miniature sizes. Prices here are a bit steep.

UPDATE: Adding two more stars. I have been back a number of times over the years, and the service has improved a lot. And the clothes are still cute! Now one of my favorite places to buy clothes for my kids, and also a great place to get gifts. OLDREVIEW from 2008: Cute clothes, but snippy service. Too bad! I’d shop here a lot more if the service was better.
